I was very happy with the crew, very friendly, couldn't be happier.

I had an annual sump pump maintenance check performed by [redacted]. He was extremely knowledgeable and allowed me to watch him perform all work and ask questions and he explained everything in detail. I feel that I learned a lot and if anything were to go wrong, I'd know exactly what to do. He encouraged the questions and I felt that assured me that he was very comfortable with what he was doing and how everything worked and that he was doing a good job. I would highly recommend not only Woods Basement Services, but [redacted] in particular. I got his card so I could request him in the future. This is customer service worthy of taking the time to write a review for!!

This system is not only more inexpensive than most, but logically works better than concrete. The time for adjusting a sunken driveway was done in a short amount of time. AND we could drive on it in less than a half an hour after adjustment. Thanks to the informative team and the work they did. We are soooo pleased with the outcome!

Woods Basement Systems sent out Mr. Quinton W[redacted], and his crew member Jay to finish our project. Both of these gentlemen were outstanding in every way. They were both very polite and courteous at all times, and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. They took care to protect our home from dirt and damage, explained every aspect of the work they were doing, and even went beyond what I had expected them to do. Our project was finished well within the estimated time frame, and we are extremely pleased with the result. All I can say is, Great Job Guys, and Thanks very much for all you did for us.

Very satisfied with the annual(first) inspection. Montrea [redacted] is very personable and informative, willing to find out the answer to a concern we had. He states our system is working as it is supposed to.

Montrea [redacted] was very professional and explained everything I needed to know to make a decision reguarding my system.

Juan, Daniel, Zach and Alex came into our home and installed the Water proofing system. They were extremely professional answering any and all question we had for them. I Highly Recommend them to anyone requiring this service.

Chris Tite did a great job explaining the drainage system to me. Then John Nolte and his crew Steven, Michael and David did an excellent job installing the water drainage system in my basement. I was very impressed with Wood Basement employees' professionalism, workmanship , clean up and the short amount of time it took to complete the job. The best word to describe my experience with Wood Basement employees is AWESOME! I am also very pleased with my new drainage system.

We had our basement fix by Woods, the two men they came out were so good at what they do.
Jeremy and Ryan are a true team. They were so o nice as in letting me know everything they were doing. They even cleaned up the mess.

The Woods Basement crew of Juan, Pat and Daniell visited us today and considering the difficult positioning of the job they had to complete they did very well. They were always courteous and friendly and completed the job quickly and expertly. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We contracted with Woods Basement Services (Collinsville,Il.) for stabilization of our foundation wall and to water proof our basement. On May 12, 2016 their crew came to stabilize the foundation wall. We were told two more anchors were required than originally contracted and we would pay no extra for them! The crew ( sorry don't have their names), were friendly, professional and worked with diligence. My husband and I were completely satisfied with the out come and consider it a job well done. On May 16,2016 the waterproofing crew, with crew chief Juan He[redacted], Daniel, Alex, and Zachary worked their magic. These guys were terrific, courteous and worked for 7 1/2 hours to complete the job. They left our basement in better condition than they found it. They were greatly concerned that they left no mess behind even helped moved my washer and dryer back into place. We are completely satisfied with the services of Woods Basement Services and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

These are the neatest guys ever. The foreman, [redacted] and his crew of [redacted] & [redacted], were prompt, came when they said they would and picked up after themselves each day.

I'm also impressed with how polite [redacted] is. You don't always find contractors working well with the woman of the house. I appreciated his checking with me if there were options to be decided on.

[redacted], the tech, provided excellent service. Mr. [redacted] also answered all my questions with more than enough information. I will be recommending Woods basement systems to anyone in need of service for there basement.

The following is a supporting document in order to bolster our position against Woods Basement System.   1.         The following are the timeframes in which we had more water in the basement.  Reference the attached photos. Water collects in the basement after every moderate to heavy rain:               a.         October 19, 2016 (this was a lot of water).             b.         December 26, 2016.             c.         February 7, 2017.             d.         March 7, 2017.             e.         March 25, 2017 (this was a lot of water).   2.         The following is a summary of the other instances we reported to Woods Basement Systems in which water collected in our basement (however, there have been other instances as well):               a.         August 14, 2016.             b.         August 15, 2016.             c.         September 16, 2016 (this was a lot of water).   3.         We will bring video footage on a DVD and CD depicting the water on September 16, 2016 and October 19, 2016.  The video files from these days particularly show how water is gushing/pooling from             behind the electrical box, as well as collecting inches worth of water on the floor below.  These files are too big to send via email.   Sincerely and Thanks, [redacted]
