We are asking for help in resolving our issue with Lomira Auto Sales We purchased a Yukon XL from them on 5-19- We originally found it on the internet They had over pictures of the vehicle, none of them disclosing any body damage They had it listed for $36, We asked why it had been in stock for over days and Alex the salesman stated he thought it was because of the color (tan) I told him I was trusting him to be my eyes and ears since we are in Michigan Again he disclosed no body damage We put a deposit down on 5-8- We then sold our vehicle, bought a plane ticket and I flew out there on 5-19- When I arrived I found a deep gouge in the passenger side door that someone used touch up paint on There was also a deep gouge on the back wheel well At this point I told Alex how disappointed I was that he had not disclosed this damage to me The *** *** Brad stated they had had a large amount of interest on this vehicle and we should be happy

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI don't feel I should owe anything to the company with all the money I paid and with the way I was treatedThere was a lack of communication between the locations as well as a lack of communication from the business to meI was treated like a number and not a person and I was lied to and no one there wanted to be fair to meI didn't even get my training session for December and January because the trainer I had disappearedWhen I called to get the issue fixed I was given the run aroundI was never told that the account was put on a freeze, I was never told I had to cancel one to start the training I was told it was an upgradeI was never told its different money until after I was tricked to sign up for a second accountI want the company to take accountability for their actions and mistreatment of this situation as I had to go to such extreme measures to just be heard. I am rejecting this response because:As I stated before I made several call to the gymThe first time I called I was told the membership would be canceledAfter being billed again I called to again ask that the membership be canceledI contacted the gym several times and they deny having record of any callsThese records are supposedly kept by the front desk staffWalter stated that it is against policy to cancel over the phone which in his eyes is proof that I am not being truthfullHowever, Walter himself offered to cancel my membership over the phone last time I talked to himHe also offered to waive the day cancelation policyWhen he told me I would need to pay the "past due ballance" which was charged after I was told the account would be cancelled, I explained that I would be contacting Better BuisnessUpon hearing that, Walter stated that he was no longer willing to cancel my account over the phone or waive the day cancellation periodWalter is playing games and trying to scam people out of a few extra months of dues after his staff tell customers their accounts are closedThere are other reviews online documenting thisWalters response did not resolve anything as far as I am concernedAs I stated before I offered to provide him proof of my calls to the gym and he wasn't intrestedHe stated that if his staff didn't make note of the call, "it didn't happen." I did slander his Buisness online as they have wrongfully charged me and are still charging meThe business again withdrew money from my account after the initial complaint I made to Revdex.comPlease provide any assistance you can to put a stop to this wrong doing.Respectfully *** ***l

but per the note in the computer, was told that she is in a year contract and would need to fulfill her yearIt also states we could cancel her out if she came in to fill out the cancellation form, we do not cancel over the phone

5/Spoke to ***, he stated he would contact the bank to see what the issue was with card

There was never an attempt to return my calls until I stopped the payment and at that point I was not paying any additional fees because you did Not contact me when I left messages to cancelAlso, ***'s account is set up on my card and he never mentioned you talking to him about his membershipI would have come in to sign a paper to cancel so I'm sure you did not call me and tell me that either

Hi,This members account has been canceled on the day this member signed her cancellationshe has no further bills and was let out of her (2) contractual agreements.I don't know who Kaled is, our process of cancellation takes days to process, but that does not mean that member has to pay

I mailed the letter to cancel the membership on June and the tracking number is *** *** *** *** *** *** has stated that they received the letter so the account should be cancelledI am very disappointed in your advertising of "No commitment, No Fees, No Kidding" and would not recommend World Gym or *** *** to anyone.*** ***

With regard to the complaint reported by *** * ***, a few things should be brought to light. We do not allow people without a personal training certification to train people in our gym. It is difficult to monitor this situation with a membership exceeding 2,people.
However, I believe what *** *** is referring to is a completely different situation. We have many members that work out with other members. They be co-workers, friends, sisters, brother, spouses, parents, children, etc. In fact, I have seen him working out with other members in the guy and discussing how to do particular exercises. Each member signs a release of liability waiver upon signing up for the gym, and is offered orientations to learn how to use the equipment in the gym. It would be nearly impossible, and most likely insulting to some, if we were to interrupt members while they were working out. We have, on occasion, offered assistance or instruction, when the situation has presented itself.I would like to add that *** *** has not come directly to me, my head trainer, or my front desk manager to communicate his concerns. The statement doesn't respond to the original complaint, and in fact just uses a blank statement to not say anything of value to the nature of the original request. I specifically want to know why they extended the response time on the claim from their stated days to days, when there is clearly no documentation on their site that states that they do this
