I purchased a Chevy Aveo from World Hyundai March from the beginning the auto gave me problems I had to replace the engine the car pulled to the right causing me to cross over devider lines resulting in a semi-truck sideswiping me When I complaied to World Hyundai I was told that there was nothing that they could doThe Saleman that sold me the car no longer is employed there I received an email encouraging me to see if I qualified for a lower rate or a new auto which I didI was contacted by a person named Eric that told me that I had been approved and could come in and drive out witha new autoI informed him that I still owed a large balance on the Aveo and no down payment he told,me,not to worry they had incentives that would qualify me I went in to the dealership and met with Edwin who took my info then asked how much could I put down I told him that I was told thatI had been approved with no down paymentHe told me that I had to put down fifteen hundred dolla

My experience to day was very pleasing my sales person was very knowledgeable and experienced it was the quickest I have ever had a deal done on a new car I would advise any one I know to come to world Hyundai They get the job done

If I could give this place a negative mark I wouldI dealt with a guy named brendon and he told me that I was approved and all I had to do was bring in my fiances pay stubs with herI drove minutes after being personally guaranteed a car and finally arrived to wait for minutes before someone came and acknowledged us to tell us that it was a miscommunication on their partOn top of that brendon never even showed his faceHe couldn't even acknowledge that he wss wrong and apologizeVery very unprofessional if you want a place that is great and treats you like family *** *** ** ** *** ***! Then I get a call a few days later saying that I was approved from their finance manager and my paperwork was sitting right in front of her and she doesn't understand why they turned me away because I was 100% approved so I hope to god the owner is reading the rest of this now that I just added I will for sure never step foot in there againThey have no clue what that are doing obviously

After complaining to Hyundai Usa, World Hyundai had to follow the procedure to replace safety recall on my the engineWorld Hyundai lied that my vehicle passed a safety recall inspection when it didn’tThe vehicle should haver never been sold to me knowing that the engine was part of an recall from 2015; vehicle was purchased in This vehicle locked up on 6/9/while going 65mph on the expressway; I could have lost my lifeI will never be able to trade this vehicle in since it now has a rebuilt engine and it has depreciated drastically due this recall debacle

The staff at World Hyundai in Matteson is absolutely AWESOME!!!! Erik *** provided my husband and I with excellent service and got us the deals we needed!
