My experience with World Hyundai was overall a great one ,they were very helpful Erik *** was excellent in every way they help me get into the right car if it wasnt for teri bisbikis I would have went some were else

I brought a car from world Hyundai back and I have had a lot of problems with the car where as they have even blown out my engine to me getting it back and it's still not working so they took it back and on the way back in they tow truck took off the paint off on the back of my bumper I have called they gm more then once because they don't notify you of recalls or nothing they have over recalls on they car and mine have had most of them but they won't fix them unless you demand it they fire all they service mangers every weeks they are the worst service department ever
I really enjoyed my experience today and I got the car of my dreams for low price with the number sales professional Erik ***I recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a good car and is looking to have good time doing it in a timely manner

Again, I state that this company publically humiliated me and requested that I come to their establishment under pretensesPlease address the issue of public humiliation in front of my peers and please address the fact that I was brought in under fraudulent accountMy credit did not inhibit me from obtaining a car that dayI was approved to drive off the lotI did not accept the arrangement due to pretenses that broughtme into the establishmentI was told that I would have no down payment prior to entering into the establishment with a note of $a month or lessI was also told by this company that, they would and its private buyer would purchase my car regardless of the total payments I had leftPlease state the factsWhen this company did not honor their word, I was yelled at indirectly for reiterating what was promised to me snd kicked out, humiliated in front of my peersThere was no reason for that type of dismissalI did nothing wrongI only came to the establishment because they called me with a promise that later on they did not keepI am currently seeking council because of this event

I purchased a vehicle from World Hyundai almost a month agoI put a down payment and was approvedI signed all of my paperwork, got insured calls were made to confirm my references and employment and I traded my current vehicle in at the timeI left a happy customerAbout a week or so later I received a call asking me to return to sign some more paperwork that they had "forgotten" to give me to signI went all the way there from the south side of Chicago back to Matteson to do soNext thing I know about weeks later I receive another call from their office telling me to return with the vehicle or they would file a police report on me and that they needed me to come back with the vehicle because something was wrong and also told me that they would pay my first months carnote for the inconvenienceThey lied to me, they tricked me to come back there with the vehicle so they could take it back, give me me down payment and my previous car backI don't appreciate the way they do bus
