I came into the dealership on Friday March 30, I explained my credit situation as well as the negative equity in my carDamon assured me that everything will be fine and that he will get me in the vehicleDamon was the person who took my information down and walked awaySitting there confused because I just left a dealership with my husband a few weeks ago where the salesperson explained options and the process and treated him very wellHere was a totally different experience for me he seemed he just wanted to make a sale, and when he pulled my credit and seen the issues he asked me to pay him for some credit scheme he’s running, and never came back to talk to meInstead Courtney in finance came to explain the situationHe stated that I would either have to put dollars down or get a co-signerI didn’t have the money at that time, and was informed that they will keep my loan for days On Saturday 4/7/I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sara and explained that I now have the dollars, and asked what the payments would beShe told me she will call me back and never did until Monday morning I got a text asking me to send my vin number and other information which was weird because they did all that on 3/I explained again that I had already been there and was inquiring of the loan Courtney claimed he set aside for meI told Sarah that I get off at 4:30, and asked if she found my termsShe assured me everything was fine and all I would need is my down payment, and they have vehicles ready for me to look atI told her I was just getting off work picked up my child and that I don’t have time for the run aroundShe again assured me that everything is set up and ready for me to viewI get there Damon had no clue as to any of this, but did ask in a condescending way “you got that I replied yesI got there at 6:pm because I come at least minutesHe then starts re running my credit, when I thought I had a loan approval from what Sara saidHe does the same as before and walks awayThis time Sweet Duane who I’m pretty sure didn’t know the situation came to tell me the story of me needing dollarsAt this time I was extremely frustrated and asked to speak to Sara who refused to come talk to meI told him my husband was willing to co-sign had Sara been honest before saying I was approved when I wasn’t I could have brought my husband withThey took my husband info over the phone at 6:I waited from 6:30-without a clue what was going on because Good old Damon likes to disappearI went to ask Duane what was going on he called Damon over the overhead who was with another salesmen and custom and abandoned me like my money wasn’t good enough and said he will call me first thing in the morningSo this it had me sitting all that time to tell me he’ll call me in the morning, which by the way he did not I was mislead by Sara and Damon into believing everything was ok, and then treated like crap because I have far from perfect creditUnless you want to be a mockery, mislead, and treated less than a person I do not recommend this place to anyoneThey tell you what you want to hear over the phone, try to get you to indulge in their side business, and have you drive a long way with some bs story different than what was said over the phone

My car buying experience was awesome today didn't have the best experience yesterday but Teri called me back and invited me back to the store to see if she can change my attitude about what happened on the previous day and sure enough she did she sat me With *** *** who was the original sales person on my vehicle I bought a couple of years ago and wow he was amazing got me everything I wanted I will definitely refer friends and family to you thanks Teri *** and World Hyundai!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from World Hyundai almost a month agoI put a down payment and was approvedI signed all of my paperwork, got insured calls were made to confirm my references and employment and I traded my current vehicle in at the timeI left a happy customerAbout a week or so later I received a call asking me to return to sign some more paperwork that they had "forgotten" to give me to signI went all the way there from the south side of Chicago back to Matteson to do soNext thing I know about weeks later I receive another call from their office telling me to return with the vehicle or they would file a police report on me and that they needed me to come back with the vehicle because something was wrong and also told me that they would pay my first months carnote for the inconvenienceThey lied to me, they tricked me to come back there with the vehicle so they could take it back, give me me down payment and my previous car backI don't appreciate the way they do bus

My sales person Chris *** was very understanding took his time listening to what I wanted and made it happen for the price I wanted excellent place to buy a car especially from Chris thank you guys Really look forward to doing business with you guys again

I was asked to come to world hyndia for a car,and that I had been approved for.I was told I didn't need any money down.I asjed the sakes person was they sure that I would get a car today.But to my suprise that didn't happen.The person that ws my salesman said I needed a co-signer.Brought my son in he then took my son's information,still no carNever even saw what they had to offer me.They have since contacted me again about my being approved for a car.Told them I was never coming back in there .They're a bunch of liars,with no type of Business Ethnics.The sales people only do what they're told todo.Do what you have to do to get people in here by any means neccesary
