I purchased a vehicle from World Hyundai in November of Ten months later, I referred my friend, Andrea *** to World Hyundai, where she also purchased a vehicleI was present when she purchased the vehicle and I was told that it was their policy to give a $referral check to a customer that refers another customer -- that is what I didThe sales person even took down my address so that a check could be mailedIt has now been over 3-months and I have yet to receive the check
This is not a very serious issue, but my friend drove 2-hours to get to World Hyundai on my referralI would expect that if they have a referral fee program in place I would have received the check by now

MY HUSBAND HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS PARTICULAR CAR FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHSHE THOUGHT HE FINALLY FOUND A GOOD DEAL AT WORLD HYUNDAITHE CAR WAS VERY NASTY AND THE INSIDE OF THE TRUNK NEEDED TO BE REPLACEDTHE MANAGER ( RANDY) OF THIS PLACE PROMISED MY HUSBAND THAT HE WOULD HAVE IT FIXED VIA VERBALLY AND VIA TEXTHE SHOOK MY HUSBAND'S HAND AND GAVE HIM DIRECT EYE TO EYE CONTACT WITH HIS WORD TO HAVE THE CAR DETAILED AND HAVE THE INSIDE OF THE TRUNK REPLACEDTHIS MAN TOLD THE BIGGEST LIE EVERYDAY OF A WHOLE WEEK GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGESTHERE WAS NOTHING PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE CAR DEALERSHIP OR THS SO-CALLED MANAGER (RANDY)I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE THERE TO PURCHASE A CAR OR ANYTHINGNOTHING BUT BS AND LIES FROM THIS PLACE!!!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO IS LIE,LIE AND CONTINUE TO LIE TO THEM

I brought a car from world Hyundai back and I have had a lot of problems with the car where as they have even blown out my engine to me getting it back and it's still not working so they took it back and on the way back in they tow truck took off the paint off on the back of my bumper I have called they gm more then once because they don't notify you of recalls or nothing they have over recalls on they car and mine have had most of them but they won't fix them unless you demand it they fire all they service mangers every weeks they are the worst service department ever
