Complaint Involves:Advertising Issues Customer’s Statement of the Problem:Saw an advert online to be part of the directory. Filled out halfway then abandoned. Received a number of phone calls which I finally answered and then was pressured into making an immediate decision to join...

this illustrious directory. Was told I would receive immediate access and have not received any emails. Was offered two different membership options then finally a discounted option which I agreed to, but got off the phone and immediately realised something was wrong. Tried to call the company back on the number they gave me and the number on their website and the number is disconnected. Tried to email and got a bounce.
