Both of the electricians that arrived at my house to do the repairs of my furnace were extremely thorough in doing their jobs I am so glad to have heat again They were excellent and I can't thank them enough for the work they did for me
They did an awesom e job on the electrical issue for me The communication the did before they arrived and while they were at my home were very good The quality fo work that was done was above my expectations

The service technician was very helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service to make sure the end result was what I wanted He was not a clock watcher and genuinely concerned that I was satisfied and happy They did an excellent job I will recommend this company to others
Horrible experience with The WireNut We would never recommend them to anyone.*** is a pressure salesman and pretty much pressured us into using them because his guys needed work He also charged us $to move the Heat Pump behind the backyard fence so it is hidden When his guys came out to do the work, they recommended that the heat pump shouldn't be moved because if the fence fell down in wind or for some other reason, there would be problems So when I told *** that the heat pump wasn't going to be moved, he refused to remove the $that he was charging us to move it He said he was already giving us a discount and wouldn't take anymore money Now, we are in process of having it inspected and it didn't pass Evidently, a permit wasn't pulled for something and they tapped into a water line for the condensate that they shouldn't have Now another company has to come out and fix their mistakes This has been a nightmare
They appointment setter and technician were very professional They fixed three different issues in an hour and did a very good job I am very pleased with the results, from start to finish
The technician that came to my house was great and did an excellent job The dispatcher had to reschedule the times twice , which was a bit of a problem, but they did get the job completed with quality work
Called the Wire Nut this morning at 9:30am as we are having a breaker trip in our two year old house Spoke with Sandra who stated a Technician would be at our home by 4pm At 4:30pm, when I hadn't received any communication from the company, I called and asked Sandra when to expect the technician She transferred me to dispatch, who said the technician is running a few HOURS behind and won't be able to take care of today I asked about first thing tomorrow morning and waving the $trip charge (for not being here today-which is what their Ad states)and the response I received was "Sorry, we are having a company outing and will not be able to be at your house till MONDAY or WEDNESDAY of next week"
The lack of customer service, communication and lackadaisical response by the Wire Nut has led me to take my business else where
Dan the technician, was very professional in doing his job in a timely manner He kept me informed of what needed to be done and what he was doing I really appreciated the phone calls letting me know he was on his way I did not have to put my life on hold for the appointment

The technician from The Wirenut, that came out to my house was amazing He came in and reviewed everything with us before starting the projectHe and his partner were organized, thorough, communicated well to reduce time and get everything right and were meticulous with clean up and follow upThey were friendly and thoughtful Our dog was put down the day before and they even acknowledged that in a caring way
The service technician did a terrific job when she cleaned our furnace I am most grateful, becasue she identified a carbon monoxide lead that could have caused health issues or worse She identified the type of furnaces we needed We found the ideas properly balanced cost and furnace capability We replaced both aging furnaces the next day with The Wirenut
