I had the wirenut move an electrical plug for the stove moved The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner The technician did a great job on the cleanup and making sure everything worked fine and to my satisfaction

I received great service from the entire team The person that answered my call and got the job in the schedule was so helpful and friendly The technician that came out to my house to fix my furnace was very professional and did not waste any time at all He got the new furnace in by the next day and everything is working great

They performed our annual heating and air conditioning tune up They were so helpful to get the appointment time that I needed and arrived right on time It is nice not have to wait around The job they did was accurate, quick and done in a timely manner Excellent work and customer service

was way over charged $ just to show up ,$to replace -$outlets the 1st guy that came out couldn't find the problem after 2hrs , he was asked to leave , the 2nd guy came the next day and found the problem in minsblown out outlet but he said the others need to be replaced as well due to fire hazard after talking to a electrician he said that was totally wrong and the cost for one outlet should have been $at the most and $to find the problem wirenut must train their people to milk ever penny out of ever job they do Its time to run people like this out of business ! just my opinion and the way I feel

The two technicians from The Wirenut,, that came to our house to repair our furnace, did a great job/ They were polite and informed us of everything they were going to do every step of the way I was very please with the service they gave us overall Customer service is very important to me

The Wirenut sent out three technicians to do the job They were enjoyable to talk to They all gave helpful tips and did excellent work on wither my furnace condition, hot water heater and electric check ups and did necessary repairs over the last month I appreciate the help and check ups that made everything working safe and good

I engaged the Wire Nut to come out to our facility where we required out kitchen extractor fan to be repaired and tied in to our Ansul fire suppression unitIn addition we had a seperate problem where a particular GFI outlet kept poppingI was given a price to trace the two circuits, the GFI problem was resolvedI was then given a further price to investigate the FanOncwe on teh roof teh tech informed me that it was a 220v unit but he was never able to trace teh feed to the fan, I was given a further price to run conduit outside the building to provide 220v for the fan, I argued teh price stating that the dispatcher had told me that they would quote a price and live with itAfter some arm wrestling I had the final price reduces by $(wow), The tech returned, armed with an apprentice and conduit, and was completley unable to perform the work, after half a day of humming and haring he and his accomplis left, the work was never completed but I was still expected to pay for all that was done up tp that point, including tracing the circuit for teh fan, which he never found and replacing a solenoid, which did nothingIn all for just short of $2000, I had my GFI circuit repaired? I paid the invoice because of the cleaver but misleading way this company prices it's proposal to complete workI absolutley did not get value for money

I had an excellent experience with this company for some electrical work in my home. I needed to get some lighting fixtures installed and they were able to come out to my home within 24 hours from when I called them. I was very comfortable with the technician that arrived at my home. He was very friendly and did quality work.

Very nice and professional. Explained everything he did and showed what work will need to be done and why. Was here for an estimate.

The serivce technician was very knowledgeable about the heater product and what was wrong. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. He was very personable and eficient individual. I would not hesitate to ask for him again, should a problem develop.

Wirenut installed a furnace and air conditioner unit. [redacted] and his guys did an amazing job. I was pretty sure they would do a good job but I was pleasantly surprised that it exceeded that. After getting all these quotes from companies and having various companies look over my current equipment, I only had two companies (Wirenut being one of them) point out things that could be improved on with my current setup without changing it out. Only a few companies told me I would need an additional air intake for example. Wirenut told me about the gaps in my duct system that could be sealed up to help with the system. Because of this knowledge you gave me, I was looking to see if Wirenut would do something like that because only one other company even pointed it out so it was doubtful that most if any would go the extra mile and seal the duct connections up. [redacted] and the other guy went that extra mile and sealed the duct which was a great surprise.

They did a great job with the electrical work done. They showed up early, which was a little inconvenience, but the service was completed in a timely and efficient manner.

I called in to get my furnace fixed. they were able to respond and get out to my home the same day. The technician was excellent and they provided me a great warranty for the work performed. I recommend them very highly.

I had the pleasure of having [redacted] answer my service call. He was very knowledgeable about the problem in new right away how to fix it.I would definitely recommend wirenut especially [redacted] to all my family and friends.

This company provided me fast and efficient service. they really know their stuff when it comes HVAc systems and give phenomenal customer service. I have total confidence in the ability and the work they performed for me.

I recently had an issue where my furnace wouldn’t turn on so I decided to call Wire Nut because I had a coupon that was for $40 off of ANY service. A guy named [redacted] from Wire Nut came out that same afternoon to take a look. When he arrived, I started out the appointment by letting him know that I didn’t know anything about furnaces so he would need to break things down a bit for me in simpler terms. I have lived in my house for 6 years but my Dad had always taken care of the furnace, but he recently passed away. Well [redacted] started out inside the house because I thought it might have been the thermostat causing the issue, which after a few minutes, he found that indeed that was the problem (Which took him about 5 minutes to fix). Just to be sure there weren’t any other issues; I authorized him to do a full check on the furnace which was going to be an outrageous $289.00 in addition to the $50 service call just to get him out to my property. But being a single woman in need of my furnace to work, I didn’t want to have to call someone else out to do the work not knowing how much they would end up charging me in the end. So [redacted] went under the house where the furnace is and came out several times to tell me all the multiple things that was “wrong” with the furnace. Each time, he would come out and speak to me in a condescending tone like I should have known these things were wrong. One time he came out and showed me that his carbon monoxide detector read that I had a small leak and that he was going to have to report it to the city (the meter read 8 PPM yet he later wrote 11 PPM on the report). I have an old dog and a very tiny new puppy at the house and he said that even small amounts of carbon monoxide could be deadly to them so the leak was very serious. At the end of the appointment, he basically sat me down and told me that I need an entire new furnace and that I should set up an appointment immediately with his company to come out and give me an estimate. He also told me that my $40 coupon was not valid to use with a diagnostic service, just “other” services (which he gave no examples) even though the coupon specifically states, “$40 off ANY service”. So anyway, I did what he said and set up an appointment for that next week. In the meantime, I spoke with some friends and they recommended I get a second opinion about the carbon monoxide leak before I go all out and replace the entire furnace. So I cancelled my estimate appointment with Wire Nut and had another company come out later that week. The company that came out did a full check of the furnace and found no leak to speak of. They said that sometimes if your furnace just turns on after it has been off for a bit, it can push out the air faster than the vacuum can pull it, therefore a small amount of gas can leak out, but that it is so minimal it will just evaporate into the air causing no risk. (I might be a little off in my explanation, because like I said, I don’t know anything about furnaces. But the point is, that Wire Nut should have known that and not reported the leak to the city or tell me that I need to replace my furnace all together) The company also expressed no other concerns and that it was completely unnecessary to replace the furnace. I ended up paying this company $85 for the service call and the inspection, much cheaper than Wire Nut. So long story short, I feel that [redacted] tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a single woman with no furnace knowledge and convince me to unnecessarily spend thousands of dollars to replace my furnace with their company.

[redacted] was very professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasan t

Beware customers. WireNut will lure you in with a cheap service charge, in our case $59.00, but watch out for the final price. They replaced a circuit breaker (cost $10.88) and charged us $271.00. Can anyone figure out that pricing?

The electricians that came to install a new furnace were professional, quick and efficient. It had been snowing that day. They laid down tarps and took every precaution to keep the floor and work area clean. They did a very good job getting the new furnace installed and explained it all to me.

Poor service, they came to do a repair I ended up having to have another company fix it. Signed up for their service agreement, they never came out to do my A/C tune up. They started charging my credit card monthly b/c they automatically renewed my agreement without my permission. When I called to cancel they said they'd refund me, which never happened. After two calls I disputed the charges and won. Then the next summer they started charging me again. I ended up having to dispute the charges again and cancel my credit card. Poor service, no communication from the company and horrible customer service from the accounting department.
