 I agree with the resolution however if I do not get the $9.95 refunded to my credit card I will follow up and file another complaint. Thank you for your time and I appreciate the effort put in by Revdex.com and the company!

We frequently review our inventory and procedures as we stand behind the authenticity and quality of each item sold.Unfortunately the item returned to us does not match the item that was shipped. Each item is individually inspected at the time your order is placed and in this case, the item received shows altered tags and stickers.  This policy they are stating I cannot see it in writing on the website.
Can you please show me where this is written on the website because I read through everything there and I did not see it?  Clearly it is not visible to buyers. On your website the items have very little description and the size fluctuate between brands and also the same brand. Many of the items do not even look the same as the pictures. Maybe if you took more time in the descriptions and took better photos of the products and measurements this wouldn't be an issue.
