I ordered on the 11th of August and canceled on the 21st of
August. I am not sure why the second
item was not canceled on that day too.
It was canceled on the 25th of August.
The 21st is days from the order date and fewer from the actual
delivery date and start of trying the product.
What happened to the day that they advertised? That is unsatisfactory. It appears that this companies definition of
free trial has nothing to do with an actual free trial.

Their message does not resolve the issue of the charges, it merely states is that my 'account' has been canceled. The bogus charges and advertising is what is in dispute. I have still been erroneously charged $on 9/6/for serum, and $on 9/10/for eye cream. The ONLY fee I agreed to ever was on 8/23/when I ordered a trial sample of serum and eye cream for $each. I did not agree to ANY other charges. Yet I was charged what I was later told is the "full price" since I had not canceled in days. I was never aware of a need to cancel in any period of time, as I had ONLY agreed to purchase a sample - nothing else. My dispute is for $and $which I was erroneously charged and did not agree to. There is not an area on the website that clearly disclosed the terms and
conditionsThere was not an area where it asked me to agree to their
terms and conditions - it is hidden at the very bottom of the website
and is not disclosed during the ordering process at all, nor is it stated on the packing slip or order confirmation.
The product doesn't even deliver on promises, it is an inferior product. If I had known there was
something to cancel I certainly would have done soThis is
advertising and a complete bait and switch scam
