I ordered an elliptical called the Captivia Order # XXXXXXXXX on September 2nd I received an email of conformation of this Order The amount of $was taken from our account on September 7th but as to this date the elliptical has never been delivered, nor the promised email of it's delivery.I either want them to deliver it or refund my money Product_Or_Service: Captivia elliptical Order_Number: XXXXXXXXX Account_Number: XXXXXXXXX

Repeated requests to fix the Jupiter Pilot elliptical have resulted in tech visits accomplishing nothing & numerous promises from Yowza unfilfilled The first six months of ownership of my Jupiter Pilot elliptical were trouble free and enjoyableThen the nightmare beganIt started making a loud noise, and after contacting Yowza, they had an unqualified technician attempt to repair itHe ended up creating other problemsHe returned another time, yet could not fix the problem After contacting Ashley H., COO, there were promises that the machine could be fixed, and that they would TRYThey have done nothing to fix the problemThey don't return phone calls or emails This process began in December, and now, the beginning of March, no results from YowzaI am left with a rather expensive piece of scrap metal

I bought a treadmill months ago and after months it started having problemsI called customer support and he sent me parts to try and fix it John the customer support guy said he would send me a technician to look at it He then sent me an email saying technician scheduled I waited no phone call I called, he said he was having trouble getting someone to come to my houseNow he is saying that I need to take a short video of what is happeningThere is no way to do that it hesitates and the speed is off, but it does it randomlyI feel like I'm being ripped off I'm still paying for this and it doesn't work rightIt says it comes with a two year warrantyIf they can't get a technician out her then I deserve a new one

YOWZA Captiva broken with no customer service I have a YOWZA Captiva The quality has been less than desired I originally had an issue with the foot pedal moving The hand bars then broke I was able to remove them and I threw them away I continued to use the machine without the hand bars NOW, my teenage son was almost injured when the foot pedal broke away from its support A bolt broke in half causing the pedal to fall to the floor I am referring to the larger front support that holds the foot pedal (not the smaller hand bar support) Equipment that cost so much ($3500.00) should not give so many problems My son or another family member could have been seriously injured This is a safety issue A reporting of this equipment to the consumer product safety commission should occur A serious injury or death could occur I have made numerous contacts to Yowza with no return message or call However, advertise a lifetime warranty on the frame All my issues
