Purchased a Navarre Elite that took some time to get parts for (and fully assembled) and now they won't let us return for a refund
We purchased the Navarre Elite model on 9/17/from Yowza Fitness It was delivered about week after thatOn 10/05/we finally had the machine assembled and realized we had missing partsWe contacted the company and told them we had a problemIn my email to them, I explained how we would have paid for assembly service IF IT HAD BEEN OFFERED TO US OVER THE PHONE DURING OUR ORDER They did send us out parts (which took a few days to get to us) Once we had time to reassemble with the parts we should have had (at certain key steps), we realized the machine still wasn't operating the way we wanted We sent them a video on 10/18/ They tried to send us back instructions and point us to YouTube videos We followed those but still weren't happy with the machine We asked to return itAt this point, the company explained we were past the days

I have been trying to reach Yowza customer service to have my Yowza Captiva (elliptical) serviced and repairedIt is a real frustrating experience attempting to reach Yowza's customer service personnel -the customer service telephone number listed on their website as well as their customer sercice e-mail does not work

I have attempted to contact this company for service via phone, email to support manager, support contact form via the website with no response
I have an Sanibel elliptical which is having problems with the controls on the display and may need a replacement part

Servo motor of my Sanibel ielliptical burned out and pedal springs broke

All four of the springs in the pedals have broken I was shipped replacements for the first two about a year ago, then those also broke (I am about lbs so it's not my weight)
Then what I think is my servo motor kept resetting after use to the point where it started smoking The elliptical is no longer operable
I have repeatedly attempted to communicate with Yowza via e-mail and telephone over the last several weeks but have not received a responseI have tried several times today to call their number but it goes straight into a busy signal, so I can't even leave a message
