Worst company for customer service everThey don't answer calls or emails regarding repairs that are on warrantyI would never recommend this company or their exercise equipment to my worst enemyI am going to contact the Florida State's Attorney generals office of consumer affairs and see if they can help

I Want My Free Replacement Parts Under Warranty
I emailed the company, no response in three business days I called the toll free number on three consecutive business days, all three the number is unavailable or disconnected My exercise equipment is broken and unusable due to two broken compression springs My warranty states five year free replacement of parts, I need two compression pedal springs for the Sanibel I Please send them ASAP to my address along with an email telling me the reason why you have such poor customer service Thank you

On 11/28/I made unfortunate decision of purchasing the treadmill for $Right from beginning it started to have problems, over course of nearly year I had major problems with this treadmillEach problem takes on average a month (if I am lucky) but generally its takes 2+month to resolve, they send the part and I have to call multiple times to set up repair appointmentThey say they will coordinate the repair appointment which never happens, even if I call multiple times they are 1.)never present 2.) never respond to voicemails or emailsThe only way to talk to human is to talk to sales

We bought a Sebring for primary reasons
The highly touted, by Yowza, IWM program (Intelligent Weight Management) which primarily "creates personalized workout sessions -duration, intensity and calories burned" and "system learns your preferences and tailors workout accordingly"
It does neither accuratelyIf during your workout you walk, as we do, above mph the program changes and all of the results are meaningless
Yowza did not know this and, upon receiving a video and an illustrative table from us, sent us a replacement consoleIt performed identically to the first oneAfter much "research" they determined that at mph the program switches from walking mode to running The results are dramatically different

Broken part on the elliptical purchased from Yowza less than a year ago, and they have not responded to requests for direction in getting it repaired

Something seriously wrong with this product and these people

Repeated requests to fix the Jupiter Pilot elliptical have resulted in tech visits accomplishing nothing & numerous promises from Yowza unfilfilled
The first six months of ownership of my Jupiter Pilot elliptical were trouble free and enjoyableThen the nightmare beganIt started making a loud noise, and after contacting Yowza, they had an unqualified technician attempt to repair itHe ended up creating other problemsHe returned another time, yet could not fix the problem
After contacting Ashley H., COO, there were promises that the machine could be fixed, and that they would TRYThey have done nothing to fix the problemThey don't return phone calls or emails
This process began in December, and now, the beginning of March, no results from YowzaI am left with a rather expensive piece of scrap metal
