Do not get any product from this company There customer service is horrible No one answers the phone except the sales team I have had issues with springs in their eliptical since I got the machine Now my machine has been unusable for months and I cannot get anyone to respond to phone calls or emails Horrible companyDO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

I bought a treadmill months ago and after months it started having problemsI called customer support and he sent me parts to try and fix it
John the customer support guy said he would send me a technician to look at it He then sent me an email saying technician scheduled I waited no phone call I called, he said he was having trouble getting someone to come to my houseNow he is saying that I need to take a short video of what is happeningThere is no way to do that it hesitates and the speed is off, but it does it randomlyI feel like I'm being ripped off I'm still paying for this and it doesn't work rightIt says it comes with a two year warrantyIf they can't get a technician out her then I deserve a new one

YOWZA Captiva broken with no customer service
I have a YOWZA Captiva The quality has been less than desired I originally had an issue with the foot pedal moving The hand bars then broke I was able to remove them and I threw them away I continued to use the machine without the hand bars NOW, my teenage son was almost injured when the foot pedal broke away from its support A bolt broke in half causing the pedal to fall to the floor I am referring to the larger front support that holds the foot pedal (not the smaller hand bar support)
Equipment that cost so much ($3500.00) should not give so many problems My son or another family member could have been seriously injured This is a safety issue A reporting of this equipment to the consumer product safety commission should occur A serious injury or death could occur I have made numerous contacts to Yowza with no return message or call However, advertise a lifetime warranty on the frame All my issues

Computer's motor control board failed after yrs (should be under warranty) and cannot reach Yowza or find distributors to replace it myself
