I paid this company $875.00 for a deposit on a rental house, the company has not conducted business as they should repairing the properties. I decided not to move into this home, and requested a refund of my deposit. This company wants to keep almost half of my deposit, which they have done nothing to earn.
entered into a lease with us and delivered her security deposit on 2/18/19. At that time we took it off the market and held it for her as she didn't want to move into 4/1/19. We ordered the occupancy inspection from *** and also agreed to do additional items she requested (replace missing ceiling tile, deep clean property and touch up pain on walls where a coach was). On Feb 21st, she notified us that she no longer wanted the property. She agreed at that time to receiving back half the security deposit since there was no reasoning and we had taken the property off the market. The decision for the security deposit was ultimately up to the home owner that we represent. The tenant didn't fulfill the lease she entered into with us. The letter stated that we didn't repair the property. We had the property inspected with *** and would have cleared that up before occupancy was to be given on 4/1.
