Our response:This case was unique in that our customer emailed us that they had an issue with an order four months after the order was placedI am afraid that our protocols were not up to dealing with the situationOur customer service representative responded the way that she was instructed, in
the case of a product that was received, but in this case it had not been received and should have just been refundedAlthough that is what eventually happened, our customer did get refunded for the purchase that was never delivered (lost package) but he did not get an immediate refund as was warranted and should have been done from the beginningWe apologize and assure our customers that we have made changes so that this will not happen again

I am rejecting this response because:
This is the 5th time I try to explain to the good people at Yugster that I have already contacted the manufacturer and they will NOT issue a replacementObviously, they do not stand by their product! The manufacturer (Curtis International) sent me to Yugster to get an exchange, Since Yugster cannot exchange the product, because apparently they do not carry it anymore, I am asking for a refund. It sounds like Yougster is hiding behind the "contact the manufacturer" line once againI really was hoping Yugster had more integrity as a business and would follow through on good business practices.I have exhausted every avenue to try to get a replacement for this "lemon" I bought and was hoping to just get a refund to end the matter. I am extremely disappointed in Yugster and plan on cancelling my accountThat is the last transaction I conduct with them.

I expected that Yugster.com wanted me to keep the merchandise free of charge since they had already refunded my purchase in full I just wanted that to be clear because I couldn't tell from the wording of the previous response I will continue to be a patron of Yugster.com in light of their solution to this problem and I appreciate the Revdex.com facilitating this resolution

Thank you for letting us know of your concern with you transaction with Yugster.Looking at the email communication between you and our customer service department I see that there was some misinformation provided.The initial email did not indicate that you had a defective product, just that you
wanted to find out what our return process isAs part of our standard return process we do charge a standard 20% restocking fee.We do not however charge this fee when the item received is defective.I see through continued communication with our Customer Service department, that we are working to get this situation taken care of for you.Again I apologize for any misunderstandingThank YouYugster Support

I am rejecting this response because this scam operation lied to you saying they refunded my money.  That is a boldface terrorizing...

lie.  They have done nothing.  Even the credit card company says they have sent them no refund.  Tell me to put their stupid ignorant terrorizing money where their mouth is and "overnight" me a cashier's check for the money.  IF they even refund the credit card company, I will let the credit card company to take the refund off.  I am an honest Christian.  They must terrorists or lying, scamming Mormons.
