requests is improved. It was terrible when Ms. * wrote in and it is now below 24 hours. We are working to make it shorter. Ms. * also was the victim of poor communication within our customer service department. Our agent should have seen the communication and realized she had been attempting to return the product. That she was told it was past the window to return the broken product is a travesty. We have instituted training sessions based on this complaint and others dealing with making certain all information is reviewed before responding to our customers. MS. * did receive a full refund for her purchase but it did take us far too long to make that happen. We apologize and hope that she will give us another chance to earn her business. If you have read this far, you can see for yourself the type of person we are dealing with here. He has been fully refunded as I said. He has also sent us emails that are obscenity and violence-filled. This is not an issue we will respond to further. The guy bought a 12-pack of light bulbs, had issues, and was fully refunded in short order.

We apologize for the lack of response. As far as I can tell, yours was part of a group of help tickets that were held in one of our agents offline areas, and she has had serious health issues. But we do not wish to give excuses, your order has been refunded.
