Yes sir, we understand you are frustrated and we are very sorry you spent that money to return the chair. We pre-paid for you to return it. We have not previously had anyone asked to buy a new box. If you had to spend $100, would we be asked to refund you $100?. You see, we have no control over what our customers spend. Do you think we should pay for a $20 box to have something sent back to us every time we send a return label out? How can we know what we will be asked to refund. I would have suggested our customer service rep pay for your expense if given a chance, but it is too late for that I suspect. We have a policy because there is a lot of abuse out there.

used this item for two months, it falls out of our return policy, and like any product that breaks, it is covered under manufacturer warranty, and you will need to process the replacement though the manufacturer.Please use the link I provided above to contact the manufacturer to get a warranty repair or replacement.Thank youYugster Support

I am rejecting this response because: I have already submitted 2 PayPal disputes in which neither were responded to; nor did Yugster issue the proper Crestor PayPal after dispute was not responded to by Yugster — the funds were paid with my Visa card, through PayPal and funds should be issued back to the credit card used— NOT ISSUED THROUGH PAYPAL— I have been told on 2 separate occasions; last time was today January 8th, credit was issued, 3 days ago — that was originally emailed and told to me was issued on the 23rd!i want the shipping labels to return every item that was shipped, credit IN FULL AND REFUND FOR ITEMS NEVER SHIPPED!

I am rejecting this response because: I don't understand this offer.  I emailed Ryan B[redacted] with Yugster.com 8/10 to let him know that because I had given him a week to research my problem and he had been unable to respond to my order processing concern, I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.  That afternoon,with my order still showing as "Pending Tracking",  Yugster.com issued me a full refund. Two days later, my order was delivered.   I assumed that Yugster.com was fulfilling my order to earn my future business.  There weren't any shipping charges associated with my original order.  What is Yugster.com offering or wanting?

[redacted] I sent picture of the item as I received it and I also sent a picture of the receipt showing that I had to pay $21.19 to have the shipment repackage. It's fine that your company is not willing to reimburse me for a mistake that was on your company fault. But lucky for me I live in America and I know that I have the evidence need to be reimbursed. I will be heading to the court this week and I will see who every your attorney is in court.

As we speak my only hold is just this email saying that I get a refund. But if  I do not get a refund in the next two days, hope you spare this respond coz I will complain again and give them bad reviews in anyway I can. I don't trust them anymore...will only keep quiet till the refund is back in my account.

PayPal is somewhat plodding but they are holding the funds you paid to yugster, so we now have to wait until they make a determination to get you a resolution. We will send you prepaid return labels that you can use once the refund has been made to you.

As for the return. You are correct that 8 days to get a
return label is much too long. We will be looking into this order to determine
why it took as long as it did, and we will get on fixing that hole in our
service just as soon as we can.
As for your item, I see that a return label was provided to
you on the 21st Please return the item and include a note in the return box
indicating whether you would like a refund or a replacement, once we receive
the return we will make it
