I am rejecting this response because: It is a trickThey make you fill out this application regardless of what your needs areAll I needed and you can verify with *** *** was my credit checked they had all our information Salary requirements, etc.If we didnt fill out the application they would have not proceeded with our auto purchaseWe had a verbal agreement that they would only proceed with *** *** and no one told us that they would apply to other banks to look for a better rate even though we did not request them to search for a better rate for our loan*** had already applied to *** *** and they said he did not have enough credit history to proceed with a loanSo there was no way we would authorizes for them to apply there again

I am rejecting this response because: It is falseWe were never asked if we wanted a better rate they took it amoungst themselves to do so our joint accounts are in *** *** was at the time and I am we knew we were not going to get a good rate we are a young couple starting off our livesI am a business major and have a lot of experience with Credit and would have never acknowledged to having 10+ inquires added to our credit reportsEvery attempt to communicate with Wayne Mazda has failed they do not return any emails or leave voice messages I spoke to someone this past week and they clearly told me that once I sign an application they can send it to whomever they please, Then followed by saying that Wayne Mazda did not send those inquires the company themselves didThey are lying I am going to send the emails that I had sent E*** back in December that were never responded If I had given Mazda permission I would have never sent them the emails back in December

I am rejecting this response because: we have also felt with the finance department and they also did not help us at all! Can we direct this complaint toward the finance department then? They are the ones who actully ruined our credit and still have not reported to the credit Bureau that we paid this unnessary debt and we are still getting marked unpaid! We have contacted them numerous times For them to stop reporting us and asked for them to give us a letter reversing the points in our credit and all we received was a history of payments which we did not ask forIn the meantime we are still UNABLE TO refi our mortgage!

As indicated in my original response, Wayne Hyundai has fulfilled our obligation. There is no indication on any of the paperwork that the selling price was increased and no mention of $being returned to the customer in addition to $697.00.We are not a deceptive or dishonest dealership as indicated in the complaint

Please be advised *** *** internet inquiry was answered by a new employee who used an incorrect template when responding. The General Sales Manager and the Internet Manager have spoken to *** *** at length regarding the inaccurate response. Unfortunately mistakes are
sometimes made, however *** *** was offered a discount on the pre owned car

Please be advised the deal was structured with a total of $being sent back to the customer for the disposition fee and the lease payment. The disposition fee was $and the lease payment was $302.00. The fees were separated in the deal so that it would be clear
as to what each amount was for when it was received in accounting. Unfortunately, I do not know why only $printed on the we-owe instead of both fees for the total of $697.00.I apologize for the length of time it took for the check to be processed as it should have been addressed within days. It is not acceptable for anyone from the dealership to disregard a customer's questions and concerns. The accounting office should have been notified by the sales department immediately.If further information is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us directly

Please be advised when the customer purchased a vehicle from *** *** they left the Mazda leased car with damage at ***. *** never called Mazda to arrange a lease turn in. *** then brought the car to Wayne Mazda without the customer and dropped the car off without an
inspection by Mazda. Several days later the customer called Mazda Capital and was told she couldn't return her lease yet because of the early termination penalty. The customer contacted us and took the car back. The car was not damaged by Wayne Mazda

rolling over a lease payment into a new leaseIt is clear that I was targeted for a quick saleThat is unfairIs it not a car sales representative to obligation to explain every piece of the lease agreement? Also, I was harassed by your dealership to come back and trade in my Mazda for yet another lease roll over! I have all the documentationI was lied to by Wayne mazda and Mazda Capital services several times about the end of lease inspection and when my car was to be returnedAgain, this is all documented and I have filed a complaint with Mazda Capital servicesThe dealership and Mazda should be ashamed of their behaviorI was unwittingly duped into a new car when I was not given the factsI asked and no one told me the truth

Wayne Mazda/Hyundai called me and after checking with the collection agency it was found that Hyundai had made a payment for $to the collection agency. I therefore agreed for a check for reimbursement for the other half of the $267, which I had already paid to the collection agency from Wayne Hyundai
