Upon reviewing all documents from 2013 the customer agreed upon the purchase price including the down payment.  The customer was not defrauded in any way.

Please refer to the original response.  The pictures clearly show the damage is old, not recent as would be the case if we damaged it.  We also would never use duct tape to repair body damage as we have our own body shop.

Our sales manager spoke with [redacted] regarding her experience.  She came in on 12/24/16 to purchase a vehicle and brought a [redacted] Pre-approval letter with her.  When the customer came in with the Pre-approval we told her that we were going to take the opportunity to see if...

we can beat the rate for financing that [redacted] offered; she accepted and signed the necessary documents.  We worked with several banks and gave her the best rate available.  The customer is dissatisfied with the fact that the few banks that we submitted her information to had to run her credit to see which tier she would qualify for; all of this was disclosed before purchase.     We followed the standard process for submitting a finance application and the customer not only read but also signed all of the documentation.  The inquiries were legitimate as they were requested to help obtain the most aggressive finance rates possible.

I am rejecting this response because:
Your salesman Peter H[redacted] and the sales manager on duty during the day of purchase verbally agreed to pay me back $348.50, which Wayne Hyundai still refuses to do. Contrary to your assertions, this is what the "We Owe" statement from Wayne Hyundai represented. Wayne Hyundai has not fulfilled the agreed to business terms of the transaction. Your salesperson and manager committed fraud. Look up the definition of fraud in the dictionary so you will understand it going forward. For the benefit of other unsuspecting potential customers, I want to clarify that Wayne Hyundai not only engages in deception, it intentionally commits fraud. WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WAYNE HYUNDAI!

My wife and I purchased our home in November 2003. One of the main purchase points was the Zappone 50 year warrantee against defects on the roof that is supposed to be fully transferable to new home owners. After a couple years I started noticing that the green paint was peeling up off a couple shingles right outside our bedroom window, within the next year the peeling escalated to most of the shingles. I contacted Zappone and talked to the employee in charge of warrantee work, [redacted], he admitted that there was a run of material where the primer ran out without notice and the product was sent out, he also said there were a couple other client he was working with on the same issue. I sent pictures in regards to this and the follow up seemed to slow down, with him saying he would talk to the owner. This seems to be their standard reply. After a long pursuit I finally gave up for a while untill recently when my wife decided to start up the pursuit again to resolve this. [redacted] from Zappone claims they have no record of our roof even though we've submitted pictures of their products on our roof, a purchase order number on the remaining boxes of there product from under our house , a fresh tile from the boxes that shows corrosion under the paint and more. If the roof was not defective we would not have to replace it, so we find that they should replace it with labor included. A company so proud of there product, boasting about why you shouldn't have to replace your walls after 15 years, so why would you have to replace your roof seems to not care when a warrantee issue comes up or even keep records of there sales, not to mention find it important to respond to the Revdex.com. My wife has now heard the Ill talk to the owners statement , and asking if we have the so called transfer card (new rule) we think to hope discourage us from pursuing the replacement.A company so proud of there product should stand by their product and have integrity to resolve issues promptly and not try to avoid it. Buyer Beware. you do not want to deal with the so called 50 Year Warantee. Their product is lowering the value of our house now instead of adding value.
