The customer called us on 7/10 and we approved to pay for the shipping label, allow him to return the order, and are waiving all fees associated with the return. We are following Fraud protocol with the customer's credit card company. The item was shipped and signed for at the customer's billing address. if the customer is stating they did not receive the order due to fraud the correct protocol is to file a dispute through the customers credit card company....

If the customers credit card company confirms this was a fraudulent charge they will deny our chargeback and refund the customer. Unfortunately we do not have any control over refunding the customer it is 100% on the credit card company to let us npw this was a fraudulent charge.

We ended up writing this part off for the customer do to a data issue and providing the customer with a full refund. There is nothing left to credit as he received all money back.

Revdex.com,We are trying to be fair to the customer even though our policy states to deny the return and the shipping charges. We do not want the customer to be out that much money and want to work with him. We are willing to eat the cost of the part and refund him for it 100% minus the return shipping he paid. I think that is more than fair. We are not bale to do much more, we are giving him back what  he paid for the entire part. Regards,[redacted]

I don't have any objections to the Revdex.com providing AutoAnything with my information.  I have no clue who "[redacted]" is?  Customer service supervisor?  Owner?  I've never had contact with this person before.   Obviously, this person had enough information to provide the Revdex.com with false information particularly, that my complaint was  about "rust" which would make my claim an issue with the products "finish" hence their reason for not covering it under the manufacturers three year product warranty.  Now they want my information?  Sounds like this business is far more disorganized than I originally thought.  No wonder [redacted] refused to replace the product under warranty!  I would have contacted the manufacturer directly if this was permitted.

No I do not except the response given , this item is covered by a structural damage warranty that's not being honored by this company. This top cannot be repaired because its broken at the gas shock tower that effects the integrity of the top. This top reguires both gas shocks working in tandem to hold it in the upright position without both its just a $1337 paper weight. The have the audacity to offer me $150 credit for $1337 paper weight well that's ridiculous and down right disrespectful. I want a full refund of my purchase not some lame a excuse about shipping anything can be shipped back this is just asinine....

Revdex.com, Thank you for providing us an opportunity to assist our customer. I have reviewed the customer's order and the customer bought the [redacted] Grille Guard on 3/29/2013. Per our website this manufacturer ([redacted]) offers a 1 year warranty on the finish and a 3 year warranty...

on the part being able to work and function correctly. The customer called in to inform us that the grille is rusting which will fall under "finish" and is covered under a 1 year warranty. The manufacturer ** has declined the warranty request since the issue is outside the warranty timeframe. Although the manufacturer declined the warranty request we wanted to assist our customer in some way other than just saying sorry and apologizing. So we offered the customer $150 in store credit to use to buy a replacement and the customer declined. We have done everything we can do to assist this customer.
