[redacted], Thank you for filing a complaint with the Revdex.com! We cannot think of a better way for you to tell us how we are doing for you. So far you have been told a few different things each time you call leading to greater and greater frustration and here we are. It's understandable to...

feel like you are being lied to over and over. However, the items you ordered are distributed by AutoAnything for a company that does not sell to the public. You are charged ahead of time to secure the order before it ships from an offsite warehouse. That being said you ordered it from AutoAnything.com and no one else has the responsibility to get your order shipped out. We have secured expedited shipping for you at no additional charge and a great discount on a great looking set of wheels. Our last correspondence with the warehouse has the wheels shipping today. No tracking is available as of yet. We are actively checking every 10 minutes or so and we will email you the tracking once it is available. We are going to refund an additional 5% as a courtesy for your patience alone. we will send you a separate email with the refund information. We realize that this does not make up for the time and effort already spent on this issue but we do hope that it does show how sorry we are. Thank you, AutoAnything Social Reputation department.

[redacted] the Contact center sales manager did call after filing the complaint with the Revdex.com  and advised that he was "sorry about the inconvenience with the momentary pricing errors." Momentary meaning 2 days or so before the advertised pricing was changed. [redacted] did offer to honor the advertised price for one of the items only. They would not honor the full pricing of all 3 items that I needed to purchase. [redacted] did send me an email with a special quote with the offer that he did make. I am still needing parts to start the install of the items I did purchase through [redacted]'s offer in hopes that Auto Anything would stand by the advertised prices. I still don't like how it took a total of 6 different employees from auto anything to attempt to make this situation rite. [redacted] is the only one that offered anything other than an "oh well" type of solution. I would still like the advertised price not only on principal but for all the hoops that needed to be jumped through to get any kind of a fair resolution from Auto anything.
Regards,
[redacted]

[redacted] --------------------------------------------------------------------... /> To Better Bussiness bureau: Expecting the $50 compensation due to Auto anything living and saying they would pay for return shipping and give a full refund but in A recent email from them, they say that are going to deduct the shipping from our refund. It is their fault they sent us the wrong wheels and they have admitted it in previous emails. I am done with them and they need to compensate us $50.00 for giving us the wrong wheels and we will be done with this transaction. [redacted]

This Wasn't about a refund. This was about your deceptive price matching policy. Further there was no data problem you lied about the application not being for my vehicle rather then provide a replacement which is not part of the original complaint anyways.

Revdex.com, The customer purchased brakes and rotors with us back in 2012. The manufacturer, not AutoAnything Inc. offers a warranty but the warranty does not include wear and tear. Most  vehicle owners replace brake/rotors every 40,000 to 50,000 on average which is about 3-4 years. The customer...

has used these parts for over 4 years. Warranties only cover manufacturer defect, which would have been noticed as soon as the parts were installed and would not occur after 4 years of properly working. The manufacturer denied the customers warranty request because after they viewed the photos from the customer they deemed the issues coming from simple wear and tear, which is normal after 4 years. The customer is more than welcome to call the manufacturer, this is their warranty policy. AutoAnything always tries to help facilitate warranty issues for our customers but the warranty is issued by the manufacturer of the parts. Regards,[redacted]

[The company originally issued me the check for the return shipping of $160 because I had said the exhaust must have been defective since it didn't fit. Once they received the exhaust back and I called them about the check for the $160 having a stop payment placed on it, and they said they were not going to reimburse me for the shipping, and that since they felt there was nothing wrong with the exhaust, they were ALSO going to be sending it back to me and keeping the $849. Now they're saying that actually they're going to accept my return...This company keeps changing their minds and this has been nothing but a huge headache for me.  If they are accepting the exhaust back as a return, the shipping I paid should also be returned, especially after everything I had to go through with contacting an outside source (Revdex.com).  The next letter I write will be to their states' Attorney General to look into this company, that has had over 130 complaints registered with the Revdex.com]

resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did recieve another [redacted], however , it was exactly the same as the first one. It is still not as advertised: no finished edge. Not custom contoured to match the van's cargo area contours, not the same as in the I picture.

Hello,I did respond to the company's previous offer, and it does not solve my problem. I need them to send me a new cover. They state that I must return the current defective one that they sent me, then the manufacturer will review it (5-10 days) and then the manufacturer will replace or repair it (10-20 days) and then the cover will be shipped back to me. This is not acceptable because it would leave my brand new car uncovered for likely more than a month. I need a new cover sent to me, because the one they sent was defective and is coming apart at the seams. It has about 5 feet of stray thread hanging off it now and it is still coming apart as time goes by. I don't feel like I should have to pay the price of my car getting damaged by the elements simply because they refuseto  send a new product after sending a defective one. I paid $350 for this cover, which is too much to have received a product that was bad form the start.

At this time I cannot provide you pictures, I sent you what the dealership told me the exact pieces were that needed to be shipped to me and I am actually working out of town.  I will be glad to send you the damn pictures next week and at that time I want the postage paid label to ship the piece of crap back to you and stop being harrassed over some pictures for a brand new product straight out of the box that you sold to me.  I will be expecting a full refund, and you will get the pics next week so that we can end this once and for all.I should not have to do your job, you should gladly just let me ship it back and then you do the work to take the pictures you need.  But, I will hold your hand a little longer only so I can get my money back

Dear [redacted], Thank you for contacting AutoAnything.  I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused.  I have reached out to the manufacturer of the car cover with the photos and they stated with this case they will either repair or replace the cover.  The issue...

shown in the images definitely qualifies for a warranty claim.  Unfortunately we cannot ship a new one to you beforehand, all warranty issues are either repaired or replaced once the original is received and inspected.  In a separate email, I have provided a prepaid [redacted] label to have the cover returned.  Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance, thank you!To find another great product or for any other questions, please contact us at###-###-####.We’re here Monday-Friday from 6 AM-5 PM (PST) and Saturdayfrom 6 AM-3:30 PM.To the ride ahead,Lindi [redacted]Customer Service ManagerAutoAnything
