Be wary...when you place an order they don't tell you it won't ship for 4-weeksThe guy on TV does not state that the time frame is so longmost places don't take your money until the item is shipped and when you call customer service they just say 4-weeks even though they have your moneyBuyer beware that if they close their doors you are screwedMy first and last purchase here....that's my guarantee

Cable shopping network sold me several groups of coinsI spent over $3,500.- and they had advertised that their prices were the best out there periodWell after I received the coins I looked more carefully into the values of these coinsI was shocked to realize they ripped me offThere were lots of companies and websites with available coins identical in quality etc to the coins I had ordered and found that virtually every coin I bought from CSN was cheaper elsewhereOne single very expensive coin I had received was selling for hundreds of dollars less from numerous companies and they had availabilityI sent all the coins backThe postage with insurance to return the coins was approximately $60.- AND Cable Shopping Network deducted their shopping fees from my refundAll said, their lies about having the best prices cost me over $! They didn't even offer to absorb any fees at all! Ridiculous!
Don't ever buy anything ftom Cable Shopping NetworkEver! Total rip off and unethical, untruthful advertising

was set up auto ship program for set of *** *** *** ,they sent me brown lables & different brown lable ,said NGC change ---- then to me that's not a set I stop the program

I ordered two items on January 15, and paid for them at the same time
I haven't received my order
I've emailed them and received no answer
I called their customer care line and their is NO ANSWER even though it's in their open hours time
These guys should be shutdown and closed

Purchased coins on line for the next few years 2010-National Park quartersLast year the new coins came to me after about Six phone callsI have call this company about ten times this year and they keep telling me the coins will be mailed out next monthThis has gone on now for the last four monthsWe are now more than halfway and my coins have still not been shippedI don't think I should have to wait a full year after the coin is made to get it

I just recently started doing business with *** and have already had multiple issuesI'm in an auto-ship program where I'm supposed to receive a *** graded *** silver dollar coin every monthI opted into this program for convenience and because I knew I could budget a coin a monthSo far things haven't gone the best
One, shipments are very inconsistentThey have not been monthly as promisedThe first couple came monthly as expectFor a while I thought my subscription had been cancelled for some reason because I went two or three months without a shipment and then the next thing I know I get multiple shipments within a couple of weeksNot as easy to budget for when shipments end up being fairly random
Two, one shipment had the incorrect product in itI received a non-graded bullion coin instead of a *** graded coinThe issue was resolved but the response I received was that this sort of thing happens from time to timeI struggle when orders, especially those pertaining to money, get messed up
Three, even though the coins I have received are graded as *** the quality of those coins, especially the eye appeal, has been degradingEye appeal to me is probably the main reason I started collecting coins in the first place
Lastly, the most recent order I received had a graded coin but the encapsulation was brokenIt was packaged very well so it was highly protected during shipping which tells me that they packed this coin knowing the case was broken/crackedWhat kind of company sends out product in this condition?
The longer I've been in this auto-ship program the more leery I've become in doing business with *** At this time I would not be able to recommend doing business with them to anyone

I've been doing business with csn for many years and not once have I had a bad or negative experienceI've had problem with other t.vsellers but csn neverI ordered plenty of coins and weighed and tested them all to see if what they proclaim to be true about them isand so far yes,they ship promptly and as for charging before shipping amazon,walmart and all others I've dealt with charge my card before shippingmy point is if you don't like shopping csn then don't its that simple
as for me if I ever have an issue i'll call coustomer service and work it outI wont come here to complain

I placed order #*** Aug 27, and an onsite visit labels it as completeIt has not been shipped and CSN did not respond to an on their site e-mail asking for a shipping date When or will it be shipped?

On September 8, I placed an order with CSN through one of their Associate Coin AdvisorsReceived coins on October 14, with a letter stating the two Oak Presentation Boxes were on back orderAfter several phone calls to the "Advisor" and emails to their Customer Care Department I continue to be advised that the Boxes are still on back orderOn December 19, I received the following email response:
"We are currently awaiting shipment of the boxes from our manufacturer Unfortunately these will not be received in time for Christmas if that was your intention however you are definitely on the list to receive the boxes as soon as they are received in to our warehouse
Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department if you should have any further questions or concerns They can be reached Monday through Friday toll free at
We thank you for your business and look forward to assisting you with your numismatic needs in the future."

It is now January 5, and I have still not received my Red Oak Presentation boxesCSN has had my money since September 10, and have not fully fulfilled their obligationNo boxes, no refund (boxes are allegedly worth $each) and no communications since December 19,

Totally a sham! I purchased a coin from these people and I will chalk it up to a learning experienceI found the same coin on other sites for dollars cheaperThey are a rip off!

I had purchased a coin set of America the Beautiful Quarters on a continuing bases which each year I would receive a new set of quarters as they came outI was told at the time that I would receive each set from the previous year in February or march of each yearI have not received the set and I contacted customer service times already, the first time was in March, and I was told it would be about weeks, I again contacted them in May then I was told they don't know when I will receive my coinsWhich by the way I've already paid for these sets to continue to
I Know that each years set of coins are available by October of the same year so there is no reason I should have to wait months for delivery

I placed an order for a set of Morgan Silver DollarsThe statement was made that just a few sets were available and the were no additional sets I checked with a order specialist that the set was available and could be shipped quicklyI ordered this as gift with weeks to receive the orderI have called several times and was told the sets were on back order and should be available for shipment
The last time I ordered it was six months to complete shipping the orderZI checked to make sure I would receive the order on timeNo representative know what is going onYou can call and call and never get a honest answer

I've purchased several coins, sets, etcand am 100% satisfied with everything I've receivedPrices are competitive They offer money back guarantee as well (which I've never needed)Yes, there are better deals out there if you look around

have tried to contact business thru e-mail to resolve #1, but on occasions have not been delivered a password

This is a negative review in regards to the Cable Shopping NetworkThis is the 2nd incident in which they have shipped my merchandise to the wrong destinationThey failed to make good on their promise to get a Christmas purchase to it's destination in time for ChristmasInstead the item was shipped direct to me via *** and I received it two days after Christmas and had to ship it on to it's destinationBut they didn't know how that happenedNow I'm basically facing the same thing in reverse, the item was suppose to be shipped to me but it went to the Christmas destination insteadAgain they don't know how it happened nor can I figure it out because I'd received two other shipments since Christmas here at my addressAdditionally I have to agree with others in regards to them billing you before they even have the items to ship to you and it would be nice if they'd send you some kind of information when your item shipsI don't understand how the Revdex.com can show them as having an A+ overview with the complaints I see here already

Made online purchase 10/15/for coins total sale $Credit card charge processed 10/17/I assumed it shippedOn 10/21/I called CSN Customer service to obtain shipping tracking information, and was told it did not shipI asked when it would ship and was told they did not know I sent email requesting shipping and or expected ship date on 10/21/As of 10/24/7:36pm no responseI did receive a phone call from CSN today trying to sell me more coins on my cell phone while I was at workI stopped the salesman sales pitch - and explained I needed a expected ship date of my original orderHe said it could take weeksI have now disputed the charge with my credit card company

I have purchased coins on 4/19/I have not yet received my order and it has been over weeksAlso my bank had been debited the purchase price the day of the orderI have called CSN multiple times and they keep telling me I will be receiving my order but have not as of 6/9/I will never order from them again!
