Placed order on 02/22/2015 received e-mail on 02/23/2015 stating the order had been completed also my credit card was charge for the amount of purchase. On 03/04/2015 I sent a email asking where the order was that I had not received it please reply back. on 03/06/2015 I called only to be told the order was still being processed. Revdex.com has them rated as a A+ sure don't see how. CSN, LLC has had my money for 10 days and hasn't even finished processing the order! I explained to the associate I have done a lot of business online and no one charges your credit card until product ships. Makes me wonder just what kind of a business this is. Canceled order notified my credit card company to reverse charges.

Unfortunately, normal ship time for Cable Shopping Network is 4-6 weeks. We did not have this item available to ship, so I have cancelled Mr [redacted]'s order, and a full refund has been issued. We apologies for the inconvenience.

I just recently started doing business with [redacted] and have already had multiple issues. I'm in an auto-ship program where I'm supposed to receive a [redacted] graded [redacted] silver dollar coin every month. I opted into this program for convenience and because I knew I could budget a coin a month. So far things haven't gone the best.

One, shipments are very inconsistent. They have not been monthly as promised. The first couple came monthly as expect. For a while I thought my subscription had been cancelled for some reason because I went two or three months without a shipment and then the next thing I know I get multiple shipments within a couple of weeks. Not as easy to budget for when shipments end up being fairly random.

Two, one shipment had the incorrect product in it. I received a non-graded bullion coin instead of a [redacted] graded coin. The issue was resolved but the response I received was that this sort of thing happens from time to time. I struggle when orders, especially those pertaining to money, get messed up.

Three, even though the coins I have received are graded as [redacted] the quality of those coins, especially the eye appeal, has been degrading. Eye appeal to me is probably the main reason I started collecting coins in the first place.

Lastly, the most recent order I received had a graded coin but the encapsulation was broken. It was packaged very well so it was highly protected during shipping which tells me that they packed this coin knowing the case was broken/cracked. What kind of company sends out product in this condition?

The longer I've been in this auto-ship program the more leery I've become in doing business with [redacted] At this time I would not be able to recommend doing business with them to anyone.

Customers order has shipped, and is in transit to the customer. Estimated delivery date is today 7/31/15.

Very Disappointing experience. Ordered 2, 2oz Liberty Silver Rounds on April 7, My Credit Card was charged $117.79 two days later. After 10 days and not receiving any information on my order, I emailed CSN's Customer Service and they promptly emailed me back that new customer orders would take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be processed. 6 weeks later I still did not receive any word on the order and called their Customer Service by phone. Their Representative told me that those Silver Rounds were back ordered and it was unknown when they would come in. Really? Why sell items that are NOT in stock and bill my Credit Card . Mike M[redacted] insists they do not do that....well guess what. The Rep. had no idea as to when they would be back in stock and offered a refund. Though I would rather have had the Silver Rounds, I accepted. He then told me it will take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to go through. Wow! some Customer Service. They charged my card in 2 days knowing they had no product but will take up to 7 days to give it back; Amazing. I had over $250 in my Shopping Cart waiting to send on the next order. Needless to say, I emptied that cart and no longer wish to buy. The Rep used the excuse that they were a small company. Again, Reall? I guess Mike M[redacted] better stick with selling coins on HSN. At least you get the order. Too bad really, his prices and products were much better on CSN. Be careful when buying from this Venue!

Dear [redacted] Representative,Mr. [redacted] called in yesterday to cancel his order and was told that his shipment was in "Picked" status which means that it was on a pallet, wrapped in plastic wrap being loaded on a [redacted] truck with thousands of other orders and...

we could not stop it at this time.  However I was able to call [redacted] this morning and have the shipment stopped and will be returned to us.  Once the package is returned we will refund Mr. [redacted] the full amount minus shipping for his order.  The Case Number for [redacted] returning the package to us is #[redacted].We try to accommodate all customers as best we can but sometimes we have to wait until the product has reached the next level of shipment before we can accommodate customer.  The Customer's tracking number for this order is[redacted].Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.Sincerely,[redacted]

No where on CSN website or TV show do they tell you shipping times. And when you call customer service - they tell you they do not know when it will ship.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The customer Service Manager has spoken to the customer service staff about this, and additional training will be conducted, so that we can avoid any situations like this in the future. We apologize if there was not a supervisor or manager available...

to speak with, this is not normal practice on our floor, and will try to take steps, so that this does not happen again. The rest of the customer's order will all be shipped at the same time, as to avoid any further inconvenience to the customer.  Sincerely,Cable Shopping Network
