A full refund has been issued for cancelled order.

This merchandise has now been shipped, order so-[redacted], this has been shipped [redacted] first class, 4/22/15, tracking number [redacted]. This is for the 2014 National Parks Quarter Set.

This order has now been shipped, the items had been backordered. The Order number is so-[redacted], was shipped 5/6/15, BestService, track # [redacted].

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The customer Service Manager has spoken to the customer service staff about this, and additional training will be conducted, so that we can avoid any situations like this in the future. We apologize if there was not a supervisor or manager available...

the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.I do think CSN should state there shipping policy clearly on their website and on order confirmations to avoid this situation in the future. I place orders with the US Mint, and several coin dealer websites and all have the expected ship times clearly displayed on their websites, order confirmations and include tracking info.No where on CSN website or TV show do they tell you shipping times. And when you call customer service - they tell you they do not know when it will ship.

unfortunately the order delivered today is the 3rd set of 2013, so the 1st set of 2013 has yet to be delivered.  If/When I get some time I will call to rectify my password; thanks for the phone number.

Dear [redacted] Representative,Mr. [redacted] called in yesterday to cancel his order and was told that his shipment was in "Picked" status which means that it was on a pallet, wrapped in plastic wrap being loaded on a [redacted] truck with thousands of other orders and we could not...

stop it at this time.  However I was able to call [redacted] this morning and have the shipment stopped and will be returned to us.  Once the package is returned we will refund Mr. [redacted] the full amount minus shipping for his order.  The Case Number for [redacted] returning the package to us is #[redacted].We try to accommodate all customers as best we can but sometimes we have to wait until the product has reached the next level of shipment before we can accommodate customer.  The Customer's tracking number for this order is[redacted].Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.Sincerely,[redacted]

Unfortunately, normal ship time for Cable Shopping Network is 4-6 weeks. We did not have this item available to ship, so I have cancelled Mr [redacted]'s order, and a full refund has been issued. We apologies for the inconvenience.

As of 12/29/16, the Cable Shopping Network (CSN) has 0% Positive Feedback with the Revdex.com, a 20% Neutral Feedback with the Revdex.com and an 80% Negative Feedback rating with the Revdex.com. There are currently 5 Reviews and 27 complaints on file with the Revdex.com. Yet, the CSN has an “A+” rating with the Revdex.com. How is that possible? I think I know the reason. If you file a complaint with the Revdex.com, you are not allowed to leave a review. These are simply the rules of the Revdex.com. So, I guess most people would rather leave negative feedback than register a complaint. Why? I am assuming it is because registering a complaint seems to have very little impact as evidenced by this “A+” rating. My experience with the Cable Shopping Network (CSN) was completely negative. But rather than boring you with negative review #28, if your experience has been negative as well and you feel fraud or deceptive business practices was involved in your transaction, please write to the Attorney General’s Office for the State of Arizona. You are protected by the ARIZONA CONSUMER FRAUD ACT (A.R.S. §44-1521 et seq.) by the State of Arizona. Here is the address to write: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich - Office of the Attorney General - 1275 West Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007-2926. That's what I did. Good luck!
