Review: I purchased the America The Beautiful Quarter Dollar Collectors Album - Smokey Bear Edition for my husband, in 2012. This is a program I paid $218.90 for, including the beginning quarters to start the collection & he was to receive the additional quarters up through 2021 to complete his set. I paid the $218 up front & this price includes all the future shipments. He never received any quarters in 2014. The last quarter in his album is Mt Rushmore Nat'l Memorial 2013-D. Our address & phone number is still the same, there has not been any changes to those since I purchased this for him in 2012. I emailed CSN on 4-11-15 using their website "Contact Customer Service" @ [redacted].[redacted].[redacted] letting them know of this issue & as of today I have never heard from them.Desired Settlement: I want to continue with the program as I originally purchased if they can fulfill their end of the deal. I would like to have all the 2014 quarters within the next 30 days & an complete explanation of future dates of delivery up through 2021. If these delivery dates waiver, please let us customers know - so we can be aware & watch for future shipments.

If this cannot be fulfilled, please send me a mailing label & I will mail all this back to you & you may refund my $218.90.

Review: I have been waiting for six and a half weeks for my order to be fulfilled. I contacted CSN and was told it would be at least two more weeks. Then I was told it would be at least six weeks from the order date. They have had their six weeks plus a few days. CSN is selling items they don't have. I will never buy anything from these people again.Desired Settlement: I want my silver bars to be delivered to me as promised. I have waited the six weeks they said it would take. And I still don't have my order.

Review: I placed an order of 2 Lb of silver coins over a week ago. The item has not shipped yet. I requested to cancel the order but was told it couldn't be cancelled because it was in pick status. I was told I would have to wait for it to ship to me, return it and then I could get a refund. I'm moving this weekend. If the item has not shipped, it should be able to be cancelled, especially since it has been over ten days since I placed the order. Now I have to wait until I receive it and ship it back. I will be out the shipping charges both ways and will not get my refund for at least another week or two. The item showed it was in stock and did not have any delay status so it should have shipped sooner.Desired Settlement: I want the order cancelled before it ships out and a full refund including shipping costs. $830.

However I was able to call [redacted] this morning and have the shipment stopped and will be returned to us. Once the package is returned we will refund Mr. [redacted] the full amount minus shipping for his order. Review: In 2010 I ordered several quarter coins and they said for 10 years they would be sending me a collection for the official smoky bear addition. Earlier in 2015 I talked to a person about now receiving my 2014 smoky bear coins and he to me they had just received them and they'd be sending them out very soon. To date I have not received them. Review: In May 2015 I ordered 100 American Eagles advertised to be delivered in four weeks. My [redacted] card was charged immediately . After the initial four week period I called them each week to find out the status of my order. Somewhere in the process the offered a $2.00 per coin discount because of my wait. The discount was applied as promised. Each week when I called I was given the expectation that the coins would arrive in about two more weeks. Two weeks ago I was assured I was near the top of the list and when the received the next shipment mine would ship. Last week when I called I was told the mint had been closed for eight weeks and just reopened and that the delivery date was uncertain. On Sunday I received a voicemail from [redacted] that a delivery would be made on Monday that required ID and a signature. I stayed home to receive the delivery and when I opened the package it contained only nine coins. I immediately telephoned Cable Shopping Network and spoke to a woman who kept advising me that I had the option to wait for the rest of the shipment, get a refund etc. I asked for a supervisor and was advised that none were present that they would call me back. I tried to explain to this woman that I wanted my full order, not a partial order. I explained that when I placed the order I was charged in full. I attempted to explain that previous operators had led me to believe that when my place on the list was reached I would receive my order.

My complaints are as follows: 1) Cable Shopping Network did not deliver in the time advertised. 2) That employees had mislead me every week when I called, 3) That I was shipped a partial order without being advised in advance. 4) That I remained at home after the [redacted] call only to be disappointed by not receiving what I had ordered. I am blind and cancelled other plans and my driver in order to be at home for this delivery. 5) That no supervisor was available when I called on 8/24/15.

I understand that CSN may have had supply problems beyond their control. I don't understand why employees mislead customers. why I received a partial order without prior knowledge and why no supervisor is available to handle problems.

Product not delivered as advertised, employees misleading me on the delivery date, only 9 out of 100 delivered, no one in management to take my call, starting to feel like some sort of scam. Perhaps I will receive the balance of my order, who knows? I just feel that future potential customers should know my experience. Needed these as a gift.

FrustratedDesired Settlement: I would like the employees to be trained in the necessity of being honest. I would like the person who made the choice to ship 9 coins to be advised as to the inconvenience and frustration he or she caused. I would like a supervisor to be available so that the operators can refer to someone in management. I would like to receive my order as placed.

The customer Service Manager has spoken to the customer service staff about this, and additional training will be conducted, so that we can avoid any situations like this in the future. We apologize if there was not a supervisor or manager available to speak with, this is not normal practice on our floor, and will try to take steps, so that this does not happen again. Review: On Saturday, April 11th, on the History Channel, CSN advertised item #[redacted] as "2015-W PR70 Gold Eagle Ltd Edition set of 243" coins for $299.95. I have the segment DVR'd, and can provide a screen shot if needed. Contacting the company at 5:55AM EST, I asked customer service representative "[redacted]" if the $299.95 price was really for 243 gold coins, and not just one, as that seemed like too good of a price for me. [redacted] checked, and assured me that the $299.95 was for 243 coins for one order.

Thinking that was a great deal, I placed my order for $299.95. Still concerned however, I checked the company's website, and it appeared the price was only for ONE coin. Calling the company back, I talked to "[redacted]" and then "[redacted]" on 2 separate calls. [redacted] immediately confirmed my suspicions that the price was for only one coin, and admitted that [redacted] was incorrect. Both said that my order could not be cancelled, and I would have to talk to a manager. They claimed their internet was down, and would not allow them to give me a manager's phone number.

I found that claim highly doubtful, as they had no trouble placing my order. Further, the company's website does not provide a single help/technical support phone number. It only provided an e-mail field, which I quickly completed and asked that my order be cancelled within a half hour of my purchase.

I received no response from the company, and yet when I called my [redacted] credit card company today, they confirmed that a charge of $299.95 + s/h was placed on my credit card, despite me not receiving any confirmation e-mail from the company listing any order details or acknowledgment of my purchase. Trying to contact the company again, I only received a voicemail answering machine.Desired Settlement: I simply desire a full refund of my purchase price + s/h. I have yet to receive the product, and have no idea if/when it will be arriving, as many online reviews of the company state that their products often take months to arrive.

CSN Coin Collectibles incorrectly advertised a full "set" of 243 coins, when in reality, paying customers only receive one at a highly inflated price. They made it impossible for me to cancel my order, and intentionally promoted a misleading website where, despite referencing a customer service phone number, there is only an ordering phone number present, as no technical help/support is possible.

Review: I have several problems. I placed an order on 5/28/2013, Order #[redacted].

Advertising issues:

1) The website clearly says that payments can be made via [redacted]. This is not an available choice at checkout.

2) The website specifically allows customers to set up separate billing and shipping addresses. When you go to checkout, the shipping address is no longer available.

1) I called on 6/6/2013 to inquire as to why the order was not received. I was told that the shipment was delayed from 4 to 6 weeks and I was told that this is clearly spelled out on their web site. In fact, the web site makes no mention of shipment times, delays, or anything about 4 to 6 weeks.

I did receive a confirmation of the original order on 5/28 but have heard *nothing* since. This does not comply with [redacted] rules. [redacted] Delivery Charges & Timelines: (no promise of delivery time made)

Mr. [redacted] purchased his Presidential set from the Cable Shopping Network on 5/28/13. His first complaint is that it was advertised that he would be able to use [redacted] for his purchase and even though he was not able to he did go ahead and decide to purchase.In response to this we are in the process of working with [redacted] to remove this offer from our website as we cannot use [redacted] on our products advertised on the website that offer continuities. [redacted] has been very frustrating to work with in helping us remove this from our website but we were able to remove it from the "checkout" area of the website.In response to Mr. [redacted] second complaint of shipping time we do apologize but due to the ovewhelming demand we are specifically not putting a time frame on the shipping as we are trying to get the product out as fast as we can but do not want to disappoint if the product arrives after a promised date. We are stating 4-6 weeks when customers call in although most are receiving their orders between 2-3 weeks from date of order. What we have done instead is decided to not charge our customers credit cards until the product ships so that they are not out any funds during their wait. Furthermore we do have the ability to put certain customer orders on the "top of the pile" if they are needed in a timely fashion or if they are a gift but unfortunately Mr. [redacted] decided to cancel his order yesterday. Review: I ordered, on line, a 1-ounce silver bar on 5/15/2015. My credit card was charged on 5/18 2015. As of this date, 7/7/2015, I have not received the product. After 2 weeks I e-mailed and was told due to an over whelming number of orders it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. After waiting, I e-mailed again and was given the same reason and the delivery date was extended another 2 weeks. I called customer service around 6/23 and was given the same reason and the delivery date was extended again. Today, 7/7/2015, I called customer service again and was given the same reason and the delivery date was extended yet again. This time they said I could wait or request a refund. 2 months is an unreasonable amount of time to wait. I would rather have the silver but a refund would be OK if I could expect it in a reasonable amount of time.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of order or a quick refund.

after reading the other reviews about service, I called my credit card company and cancelled my credit card before the charge was posted. I feel much better even though I wanted the merchandise. Sorry CSN. I do not want to risk what happened to other people.

Review: After watching a paid advertisement from the company I purchased two 10 ounce silver bars and two uncirculated silver eagles. The total cost was $504.85 and I was charged that same day. Over a month later today on May 31 I still have not had my items delivered. I was told in an email that "due to high demand" it would take weeks to ship. I ordered the same product a week later from another online service and received it that week. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of CSN and will never use this service in the future.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund in full as no product has been delivered. I am not willing to wait for product any longer.

Placed order on 02/22/2015 received e-mail on 02/23/2015 stating the order had been completed also my credit card was charge for the amount of purchase. On 03/04/2015 I sent a email asking where the order was that I had not received it please reply back. on 03/06/2015 I called only to be told the order was still being processed. Revdex.com has them rated as a A+ sure don't see how. CSN, LLC has had my money for 10 days and hasn't even finished processing the order! I explained to the associate I have done a lot of business online and no one charges your credit card until product ships. Makes me wonder just what kind of a business this is. Canceled order notified my credit card company to reverse charges.

Review: On 4-27-15 I placed a ordere for over$1350.00 worth of silver coins and bars ( order #[redacted]) my payment was taken immediately however as of today 7-28-15 I have not received my order. 5-6 weeks shipping is acceptable but now we are past 60 days when on the website it shows items listed as "in stock", I have attempted to contact business but my calls and emails do not get returned.
