Revdex.com:Although I never received the promotional months credit I did receive my refund of the $charge I incurred after cancellationI have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I clearly stated to the manager the I was on a month to month basisI had just been harassed out of the yoga studio down the streetSo it was only a matter of time until those jealous yoga instructors were going mess with my membership at the gymi did not sign up for a year membershipHe must have checked the boxes after I left because I made it very clear to the manager that I was going on a month to month basisI will not accept this responseThat company ripped me off.

Our goal at CFF is never to mislead a memberWe have contracts in place with all policies regarding cancelling your membership, which we require initials from the member acknowledging that they have read them in full and understand the contract they are signing intoWe also offer a 5-day cancellation window for our members to take the time and read through what they are signing, and decide at that point if they agree and would like to remain a memberOnce the initial 5-days have passed, the contract obligations standBased on that, we processed your cancellation correctly, and provided a refund of your January dues as a courtesyI am not sure who you spoke to at the club, I would be happy to look into it if you can provide any identifying information of the representatives you spoke to, but without any further information in writing or otherwise, our contract policies standAt this point your membership has been cancelled and your January dues have been refunded back into the account you have on file with us, which you will see in 3-business days. I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for nine months at and if I receive the credit that was previously promised I will have been credited for months. I am asking for the full nine months credit because I did not authorize or know of the charges. Please refund the additional and we can close this matter

Unfortunately, there seems to be some misinformation you have stated in your complaintOur records and documentation indicate that you put a Freeze on your membership on 8/8/As explained to you, a Freeze pauses your membership but you are still responsible for fulfilling your term of months
Since you decided not to fulfill your term, per your contract, $termination fee was accessedThis was explained to you many times in several communications with youIn explaining the situation to you, you were quite vocal and aggressive in tone to cease all communications and that you are “sick and tired” of our reaching out to you. At this time your account has been cancelled with no further contactThe balance of $remains on our books and will have a negative impact on any further membership you may have with California Family Fitness
