I am rejecting this response because: I was given time till 11/because I had signes up at the end of sept 9/So how is a free month if I was going to cancel with in days 10/.And the staff ive talked to at the rocklin location gym saidI had days which was 10/not 10/30.? Im going with sales person who signed me up initially which is 11/2And I was there on 10/to cancel and I was denied and sent saying it was too late and I have to pay cancellation fee.So its not my fault I was sent back within the dates even though they are confusing me with dates.?
