I am rejecting this response because:a friend of mine who had been a member less time than I have got her original rate returned plus she got refund for increase I deserve the same that is not fare at all same club and everythingThankyou

I am rejecting this response because:I forwarded everything as requested immediately upon receiptSummer was out of the office she said and then told me she'd handle it by yesterday and here we are Friday and it still isn't doneAlso, I have been trying to get this fixed for months and asked for it to be back-dated and that hasn't been addressed eitherVery disappointing.
