paid account was not approved and did not post as we were advised by Thunder Valley Casino to not add you since you do not want payroll deductionsNo refunds to you are owed since the money that has been drafted from your account is only for your personal membership duesYou were not charged or double billed on the corporate paid account as Thunder Valley Casino does not have you on payroll deduction nor did they have a request or the paperwork from you to start you on oneTherefore they did not authorize to start an account for you. $dues then went into your new rate ($59.99) Your *** also drafted on May 1st ($29.99) these were also paid by the $that was drafted on 3/28/With that you were still left with a credit of $When you went to go freeze the payment was already pending therefore the front desk lady who assisted you could not process the freeze and she sent your account to the call list to be changedHowever, this was not done in time when you then drafted on 5/1/ON 5/1/you drafted $(the difference between your dues of $and the credit of $30.01)I apologize that the freeze did not go through in timeHowever, I have refunded the $and placed you on the month courtesy freezeWhen you do re active on 8/1/you will still have your credit of $Therefore your 8/1/dues will only be $29.98.?
