Hi we apologize for the delayUnfortunately upon looking into this review we see that the tires were in good shape before we sold this vehicleThe bubble you are speaking upon is from hitting something which wasn't present at the time of the sale

I am rejecting this response because: there
is no way possible for me to have put that kind of wear and tear on those tires in such a short amount of timeI only had the car for 30+ days at that time and 5-of them were with Jack Daniel repair shopI work days a week sometimes hours a day and I also sleep at night so unless I was a race car driver, a drag racer or a taxi driver, I couldn't have ruined those tires like thatI could see if this was my second or third time being inspected, maybe by that time it would be possible to have a bubble but this was my very FIRST inspection that I didn't pass and I had the car inspected twiceWhen I failed the first time I was told by YOUR employee to take it to an official Audi dealer in NYHe said that he guaranteed the car would pass and maybe the first auto shop was just trying to sell me tires so I did as I was instructed to doI took it to Audi of Manhattan and I failed again due to safetyI immediately called YOUR employee back and put him on the phone with Audi of Manhattan who told him that my car failed and whyThere's no way that I ruined those tires

I am rejecting this response because: I called the Manager mentionedHe asked me to come and meet personallyI did go and met himHe said will get back to me but I did not get any response for a weekI tried to call him few times over next couple of weeks but he was either busy/ was not available but never called me back

If you were to provide inspection reports, what are they gonna say? tires - checkedIts a safety hazard that the tires
are dry rotten, they became dry rotten when the car was sitting on your lot for the 4-months it was on thereI know that because when I test drove the car in December, the tires weren't dry rottenYour sales agent, Ryan claimed that you guys would cover them, but then you go back on your words, and go so far as to say that Ryan never made those statements, and I never spoke with a manager in regards to itYour company is full of liars, and misrepresentersI hope you never do this to a customer in the futureSo yes provide me with a copy of the safety inspection that was conducted on the car when sold, I know your gonna make one up because the car never left the lot once I test drove it, and was sitting in my sight the whole timeNo one looked at the carDidn't even receive an inspection stickerAnd when I got one (which was a week later) all your finance manager did was just handing it to me insideNever inspected the car at allTotal unprofessionalism.

I am rejecting this response because:
the Vech was not inspected for a any problems as agreed too by Jack Daniels and
salesman James as part of the purchase nor was the oil changed at purchased as agreed to see attachmentThese problems were there before signing off on anything Also I was given a limited lifetime Powertrain Warranty which covers the second problem the main seal leakwhich was taken in for service and service Advisor Jeffery lied and said the warranty company was out of business which later changed hes story. Now the said problems are still Jack Daniels problems to fix because they never checked vech as agreed , before buying
