I am rejecting this response because: it is obvious that it was not included in the paperworkMy wife and I have no knowledge of their procedures but were assured by the salesperson that it was not an unusual occurrence and was not a major problem since I was leasing again with the same dealership.It is incredible that the Revdex.com of North Jersey is supporting such disgraceful practicesMy family is looking to you for assistance with a dealer that has a very bad background and no stranger to these kinds of tacticsIt didn’t take me longer my to uncover the dozens of complaint all over the Internet in regards to their unscrupulous behavior

We apologize for any miscommunication Upon researching the transaction please note that the vehicle underwent a Porsche Certified Used Inspection back in April 18th At that time the vehicle had 31,milesA full annual Porsche service was conducted, a Brake Fluid Flush was completed and the front brake pads, rotors and sensors were changed as they did not meet Certified requirementsA full four wheel alignment was completed and the tires were well within CPO specificationThe vehicle did not require new tiresYou now have approximately 42,miles which represents miles of drivingTire wear is of course dependant on temperature and road surface conditions but please note the Cayenne has a high Gross Vehicle weight and tire wear will be greater that a regular vehicleAs a valued customer of Jack Daniels we would be glad to extend the sale of replacements tires at a discounted rate

Tell us why hereCustomer came in to purchase vehicle and wanted to get financing with us We got him approved with stipulations of proof of incomeThe income he statedWas and not what he stated we advised customer that he would need to get a co signer or return carAlmost days past
and a payment is now due and The temp has expiredHe brings in his sister who was not eligible to customer we then again asked for a co signer he could not get oneWe then advised him theVehicle needed to be returned to dealership due to unable to prove his income that he statedWe made him aware the his deposit he paid would need to be Covered for his 1st payment and all fees we had to pay to obtain registration and taxesI was willing to give him partial credit for his refund but we have no heard back From him at allHe must return the car and a partial credit will be given once car is returned He may contact me directly the General Manager Don *** @ ***To deal with me directly at any time

Everything was attached that was given to the customerWe can provide copies if needed

I am rejecting this response because:  The windshield on the car was damaged between...

the test drive and pick-up.   I included loss in my original complaint details and have added pictures.   I actually have more but was limited to 4.
