Every time I make a purchase it's a pleasant experience Even when there is a problem or mistake or just unlucky circumstance, Beach Camera makes it easy to find a solutionAwesome customer service

I bought a vivofit activity tracker from them on Amazon that was defectiveI emailed the rep and they said the ship it and my return shipping would be refundedI shipped and they turn around and tell me its Amazons problemSMH I still haven't got my $back

Ordered a scooter from them on May when it arrived the box was trashed with holes it was raining heavy and im sure the electronics got wetWe sent this back to them and were told they would process a refund right away and it would take to days to get the money back that was a lie, now I get an email telling me it will take to days just to process a return and then to days for a refundThis is the worst company to deal with

I tried to purchase a scooter from this company, and (a week later) when I asked if it had been shipped they cancelled my order without any explanationI tried to contact them over the phone without any luck and now my son is without a Christmas present because there isn't enough time to get another one shipped here

Their website had some DDRmemory listed at $ I put in an order and it was later cancelled The reason given was it was out of stock, even though their website showed the item still in stock, only now at a higher price Called and spoke with customer service and they gave an unconvincing half-hearted explanation that it was briefly out of stock and then they got some more and changed the pricing, all in the span of mere hours (yeah, right!) Then the CSR gave me the real reason: management cancelled the order because it was a price mistake They made it sound like the price was outrageously erroneous when in fact a competitor had the item for not much more at the same period of time
***, *** and the like usually honor their price mistakes, or at least tell you the truth from the start as to why your order was cancelled

I purchased durabilt, storage container, large, black, set of from this company through the *** marketplace I only receieved one storage container and one lid I have emailed them and called them about this and they refuse to honor the set of 6, as advertised I emailed them twice a copy of my receipt which clearly states I purchased a set of 6, durabilt, storage containers, large, black They blamed *** for advertising it improperly and said they would take a lose if they sent me the remaining boxes If you go online to ***, you will see where they have done this same thing to other consumers on this same product I started reading reviews of the company and have found similar complaints from other consumers about different products (one was a new TV purchase and the people were sent a refurbished TV and Beach Camera claimed it was advertised incorrectly and should have been advertised as refurbished and did not correct the problem) from this same seller

I ordered I laptop on November 17th and still haven’t received it I called in multiple times they said it would take 5-days it has been almost weeks with no response or email of any sort

this company post fraudulent information about products for sale on their websitethey advertise the product is in stock when in fact it is not, they charge your credit including additional fees for express mail and the customer service dept sends emails about the status of your order which are complete liesi have the threads of this complainti asking that you put a stop to this practicei have canceled my order and now I have to wait for my credit card to allow the refund, more aggravation to the consumer

I purchased the flash drive through the Walmart.com website The item shipped from the company Beach Camera The item arrived damaged, there were no prongs to plug into the Ipad for use I returned using Beach Camera's return label and a FedEx envelope since the label was a FedEx label Included with the return was the shipping invoice I originally received and a copy of Beach Camera's email advising on how to return the item since it had the order number on it, as did the invoice I tracked the item with FedEx until it finally showed delivery back to Beach Camera I advised Beach Camera via email every step of the way of the return, even though I know they could track it as well When the delivered notification came from FedEx that it had been delivered, I immediately contacted Beach Camera to advise they had the item and when could I expect a refund I also included the delivery notification Since that email, Beach Camera has refused to refund me

A Garmin GPS watch was ordered via *** and the full price was chargedA box arrived with a charger for this watch but no watchI called customer service who assured me that this was part of the package and the watch would arrive in another boxOne week later a complaint was filed via *** since the watch never arrivedComplaint resolution was supposed to sent a return label for the charger and refund me for the full price of the watch which never arrivedbusiness days later this has not happened

I will do all I can to make as many people as possible aware of Beach Camera policy of running people around rather than resolve the problem They told me it would be investigated, and resolved in 3-daysThat was a week ago I called them today, and was told the same 3-days At this rate it will never be resolvedI highly recommend to anyone considering a purchase from this company to look elsewhereSomewhere out there, is a company that sells the same product, that will be more professional about filling and delivering your order

*BUYER BEWARE*
I needed a camera lens for a shoot over a weekend as well as to take with me on a trip the following Monday morningI decided to purchase the lens from Beach Camera through *** even through the pricing wasn't competitive but because it was guaranteed for same day delivery which was VERY important for me so that I'd have the lens in time for the upcoming shoot and trip
I placed the order on a Thursday and was later told that I would not be receiving the lens until the next day which was okay with me since receiving it on Friday still allowed enough time to prepare with it On Friday I waited at home ALL DAY because the unheard of cheapo carrier Beach Camera chose refused to give any time frame besides 6am - 12am (which on its own is insane) So I waited and waited and waited for a package that NEVER arrived! I ordered an *** dryer station from the beach camera website, through ***After it arrived, I noticed it was too large for my apartment so I sent an email to Beach camera’s customer service (per ***’s instructions on contacting third party sellers)After no response for a week from my original email which detailed that I needed to return an item (it is still in the original packaging), I sent a secondary email not mentioning the word “return” but that I needed assistance with one of their productsWithin an hour I had a response from a customer service representative asking how she could helpI reiterated that I needed to return an item and have not gotten an email back sinceI have sent two more emails asking for a return address to no responseI just want to return this item
