On September 18th I placed an order for a Nikon Dbundle at *** for $At the time I contacted the customer service of beachcamera via email and was informed they were expecting to receive the camera in stock on September 30thAdditionally I called the store on that day before placing the order and was informed they will not charge my credit card prior to receiving the item in stock, since it was a pre-orderHowever, my credit card was charged on September 19th for the amount of $I called the store immediately and I was told the reason why I was charged was because they wanted to reserve the item for me and I should expect the item to be shipped to my address on September 30thOn September 27th I contacted the store again to inquire about the status of my order and was told in fact they could not guarantee any shipment by September 30th and my credit card was charged by mistakeSo I asked them to cancel to pre-order and demanded a full refund

I got a camera that didn't work right out of the box I requested a refund, sent it back, and purchased a new one of the same model The shop just sent it back with a note that they were refusing my refund, on the grounds that it didn't come back in the original packaging I still have the original packaging I saved it, because it seemed weird to me that they weren't requesting it I also printed out their refund instructions from their Amazon.com page, because it seemed weird-- nope, it doesn't say that it needs original packaging That also isn't currently on their refund instructions The merchant must be aware that they left this off of their instructions; it's a big thing to miss I suspect that it was left off intentionally, to give them an excuse to decline refunds and see who gives up I also notice that when it was shipped back to me with the notice of the denial of refund, it was shipped back without some of the accessories This ensures that even if I had saved th

I work for a public library and our library used *** to purchase a new digital cameraWhen our package arrived from the company it had everything in the package except for the actual cameraWe received the package directly from the delivery truck and it was not tampered withThe company simply did not send the cameraThey are now saying that they did send it and there is nothing that can be doneWe basically spent over $on a camera bag and accessories for a camera that we don't haveWhen looking at later reviews of the company there are others who have had the same issueThey send accessories for items, but no the actual big ticket itemThis company is a scam!

I purchased the flash drive through the Walmart.com website The item shipped from the company Beach Camera The item arrived damaged, there were no prongs to plug into the Ipad for use I returned using Beach Camera's return label and a FedEx envelope since the label was a FedEx label Included with the return was the shipping invoice I originally received and a copy of Beach Camera's email advising on how to return the item since it had the order number on it, as did the invoice I tracked the item with FedEx until it finally showed delivery back to Beach Camera I advised Beach Camera via email every step of the way of the return, even though I know they could track it as well When the delivered notification came from FedEx that it had been delivered, I immediately contacted Beach Camera to advise they had the item and when could I expect a refund I also included the delivery notification Since that email, Beach Camera has refused to refund me

I purchased a $Pentax camera package which included a lens, bag, and various accessories on amazon A week later, I receive a haphazardly packed box, minus the $lens, and a packing slip noting a back-ordered status of the lens No one thought to contact me ahead of time No, they just sent the package and expected me to call and complain I called and was told I would have to wait up to three weeks for the lens What a disappointment!
At this point (weeks after my purchase) I am still waiting, but they have re-posted the same camera package on amazon (marked in-stock order soon) And the same lens is for individual sale on their website I called Beach Camera about this and was told that despite these ads they do not have the lens in stock Yet they continue to advertise an expensive item for sale which they do not haveIn the meantime, there are several events I expected to photograph with my new camera, but I cannot do so with a lens-less camera

Ordered a scooter from them on May when it arrived the box was trashed with holes it was raining heavy and im sure the electronics got wetWe sent this back to them and were told they would process a refund right away and it would take to days to get the money back that was a lie, now I get an email telling me it will take to days just to process a return and then to days for a refundThis is the worst company to deal with

I order a $camera kit from Beach Camera on *** The company was late in sending the shipment, and when finally shipped, the shipment is missing several key items from the kit that was clearly advertised in the listing (battery grip, external flash, extra battery, camera case and bundled software) When contacted, Beach Camera only offered $partial refund when the missing items are worth hundreds of dollars Not satisfied at all
