I placed an order with Beach camera directly because they guarantee one-day deliveryPaid for the overnight shipping, as it was urgentThey never send a confirmation or any kind of acknowledgementCalled same day the CS to make sure there are no delaysCS was so incompetent and could not provide any legible answerMy card was charged, but nothing was delivered on time Called again multiple times to get some answerAfter four days they told me that there has been a delay due to some verification issues and but now shipping has been approvedAgain, nobody bothered to contact me and inform about the delayI received an email informing me that the item was out of stock five days after I placed my urgent order!!!
Poor communication skills, lack of transparency, advertising - clearly, management does not know what they are doing

Just Ordered A Brand New 55" Sony TV XBR-55X700D - 55" Class 4K Ultra HD TV Invoice *** Date 10/8/ From Beach Camera Complaint First There Was Missing Parts The TV Stand & Brackets & Screws Contacted Sony They Replaced Then Set TV Up To Find Out TV Screen Was All Cracked ( Does Not Work ) We Contacted Beach Camera To Inform Them Of Problem But Since I No Longer Have Box Customer Service Stated They Could Not Take It Back She Said She Would Check And Call Us But We Never Heard Back That Was A Week AgoThis Was To Be Our Christmas Gift - We Put This On Our Walmart Card Whom We Have Contacted To Dispute Charges We Will Never Buy Online Again !

I order a digital SLR lens from Beach Cameras on 3/13/via Amazon I received the email stating my order was received on 3/13/ On 3/14/16, I received an email stating my order was shipped I contained a shipping number and estimated date of arrival of March 21, On March 21, 2016, I did not receive my shipment It was shipped via UPS I went to the tracking portion of UPS website and it stated that "Information was not Available." We returned a camera package and my wife accidentally returned two accessory items that were purchased separately from a different vendor Attached an invoice for the items sent back to assist with item numbers and descriptions It is shocking how detached and unresponsive customer service is for trying to locate the items The total cost of items sent back, by accident - that were NOT PURCHASED from this retail location is $
It's a shame that this business has no policy in place for items sent back in error When I drop a suit off at the cleaners - if anything is left in the pocket, they will always package the items up and leave them in a bag for them to be safely returned when I pick up
