On September 18th I placed an order for a Nikon Dbundle at *** for $At the time I contacted the customer service of beachcamera via email and was informed they were expecting to receive the camera in stock on September 30thAdditionally I called the store on that day before placing the order and was informed they will not charge my credit card prior to receiving the item in stock, since it was a pre-orderHowever, my credit card was charged on September 19th for the amount of $I called the store immediately and I was told the reason why I was charged was because they wanted to reserve the item for me and I should expect the item to be shipped to my address on September 30thOn September 27th I contacted the store again to inquire about the status of my order and was told in fact they could not guarantee any shipment by September 30th and my credit card was charged by mistakeSo I asked them to cancel to pre-order and demanded a full refund

The seller claims I placed an order for a gps watch through eBay which I didn'tMy eBay account does not reflect thier claimsI asked for a refund and they said they would not do it until I sent the order backI said they were to do that through a FedEx interception and they refusedSomeone at their company is charging items to eBay accounts

I placed an order on there website for a rather expensive drone bundle(yuneec q500)The description states that it comes with a specific accessoryYuneec SkyView glassesI then proceed down toBottom of the page and click on the bundle tabThere it says that included in the bundle are the SkyView glasses, but if you click on the kit includes tab it shows some cheap 10$ vr glasses that you need your phone forThis is clearly advertisement

*BUYER BEWARE*
I needed a camera lens for a shoot over a weekend as well as to take with me on a trip the following Monday morningI decided to purchase the lens from Beach Camera through *** even through the pricing wasn't competitive but because it was guaranteed for same day delivery which was VERY important for me so that I'd have the lens in time for the upcoming shoot and trip
I placed the order on a Thursday and was later told that I would not be receiving the lens until the next day which was okay with me since receiving it on Friday still allowed enough time to prepare with it On Friday I waited at home ALL DAY because the unheard of cheapo carrier Beach Camera chose refused to give any time frame besides 6am - 12am (which on its own is insane) So I waited and waited and waited for a package that NEVER arrived! Ordered a LG 65" UHD TV which was delivered in a timely manner Packaging was excellent I subsequently had a request which was granted by customer service in a courteous and professional manner This was my first purchase from Beach but will not be my last

Every time I make a purchase it's a pleasant experience Even when there is a problem or mistake or just unlucky circumstance, Beach Camera makes it easy to find a solutionAwesome customer service

They sent faulty product, I called and brought it to there attentionThey said that I would have the new product by September 3rd, and it didn't arriveNow they are saying September 8thI am going out of town and needed this product before leaving on our vacation

I order a $camera kit from Beach Camera on *** The company was late in sending the shipment, and when finally shipped, the shipment is missing several key items from the kit that was clearly advertised in the listing (battery grip, external flash, extra battery, camera case and bundled software) When contacted, Beach Camera only offered $partial refund when the missing items are worth hundreds of dollars Not satisfied at all

Purchased a Apple iPad and within less than days the product became defected I attempted to have it repaired under warranty and the seller did not reply to my requests timely I let them know via email that I was trying to work things out directly with them without having to file a complaint and they ignored me Furthermore, I then received a email from them and they directed me to send the product to a third party for warranty repair to later find out that they would not support the product I called and spoke with a floor Manager that provided me with his name (Saul A***) and he stated that he approved my request for a full refund and that he would email me a return label that I have yet to receive

this company post fraudulent information about products for sale on their websitethey advertise the product is in stock when in fact it is not, they charge your credit including additional fees for express mail and the customer service dept sends emails about the status of your order which are complete liesi have the threads of this complainti asking that you put a stop to this practicei have canceled my order and now I have to wait for my credit card to allow the refund, more aggravation to the consumer

I purchased durabilt, storage container, large, black, set of from this company through the *** marketplace I only receieved one storage container and one lid I have emailed them and called them about this and they refuse to honor the set of 6, as advertised I emailed them twice a copy of my receipt which clearly states I purchased a set of 6, durabilt, storage containers, large, black They blamed *** for advertising it improperly and said they would take a lose if they sent me the remaining boxes If you go online to ***, you will see where they have done this same thing to other consumers on this same product I started reading reviews of the company and have found similar complaints from other consumers about different products (one was a new TV purchase and the people were sent a refurbished TV and Beach Camera claimed it was advertised incorrectly and should have been advertised as refurbished and did not correct the problem) from this same seller
