On 6/21/my daughter [redacted] called me to tell me that our a/c unit wasn’t working properly - that it was blowing hot air instead of cold I told her to contact Patrick Riley as we had a purchased contract with them [redacted] is an adult child of mine that lives with me So she did and she was told we did have a contract with Patrick Riley and that it was due to expire in about two weeks so they would be out (Our contract was for a heating checkup in the winter which they contacted us about and it was fulfilled At the time the guy was there checking the heating, I asked if he was going to check the a/c also The tech said no, we would be contacted in April or May for that We never were, perhaps had we been we could have fixed this problem before it got so bad the a/c quit working and would not have cost me so much It was part of the contract I previously bought.) Love this company The Techs are Awesome specially Freddy It was great the way he was worried about getting a portable into my daughter room so she could get to sleep for school the next day Got our AC up and working fast Freddy gave US alot of information and options This is our go to Ac company now!

Oliver came to do a winter tuon my heating systemHe was very knowledgeable, professional and friendlyHe took the time to go over everything with meHe even took a picture (using a note pad) of the coils in the attic to show me that they needed to be cleanedI didn't even know there were coils in the atticI've had summer and winter tune-ups for the past years (with another company) & this is the first time a tech was actually able to show me a picture of what needed to be doneI think maybe taking photos with a note pad is a new feature that's being used by techs and I think it's great

Louie was very thorough and determined to find out why we had a water leak, he tried everything and looked into everything I swear he is the first a/c repair guy in the years of homeownership that went to the extreme to determine the problem, most are here for minutes or less and the problem is not fixed or found

Not a reliable company, my new air took hours to install, the first time the wrong units, were not the ones I paid for, so I have to wait until the correct units were brought in The job done was poorly perform, and not completed, the installer was negligent and discarded parts needed to complete the jobI had to wait months and over phone calls before the unit was completed, now hoping it OK, and investment of $8,000., and it was completed not with original parts, but some alternative parts The salesman Michael W*** was not honest not reliable Every day I regret doing business with this company, overpriced, terrible service, DO NOT RECOMMEND, so do not be taken by this company, that includes, salespeople and managementIt took Ted, the manager, many calls to come to the phone and take care of the open holes in the furnace The APS Residential AC Rebate so far has not been sent to APS, after months If you do business with this company, and after reading this Review, you will be very upset, as I have been since the initial installment last May
