Patrick Riley, LLC came to diagnose a plumping problem involving our garbage disposal The plumber did nothing, not even turning on the water or the garbage disposal or moving the things from under the sink He couldn't find the garbage disposal key and pretended to use something else He then determined the garbage disposal would have to be removed in order to fix itThe price was outrageous and didn't promise to fix anything So I asked what a new one would cost A new one would cost $when a new one at Home Depot cost $Once he left, we found the problem after looking at a video on YouTube In ten minutes, we solved the problemIt was a clogged pipeWhat a waste of time, Patrick Riley, LLC was! But worse, they tried to deceive us and charge us outrageous prices

I just wanted to say Freddy did a great job at explaining the details in buying an extended warranty and letting me know how my AC unit is doing! The price was very reasonable and fair! I would highly recommend Patrick Riley to all my friends and family

When I first came to Apache Junction to look at purchasing a Mobile Home I was very expressive about not being able to afford to fix major problems.  Walking around the mobile home I noted and asked about the A/C which and as I explained to the Patrick Riley representative that my AC looked like a rust bucket.  However it wasn’t and it was working great.  So I asked the Realtor at the time about it and she informed me that if we went out looking at any of the mobiles in this Park that most A/Cs would look the same (and the A/C’s were actually brown in color), and then she went in to speak to the owner who informed her there was no problems with the A/C or Heater.  Though there is a swamp cooler on the roof no information has been supplied or asked.My first Electric bill from *** *** *** *** was for $200.00, after coming down from the ceiling I contacted *** because aside from it being a mobile home I have had larger places and always with ***, I had ne

I started using Patrick Riley last year
Today was the third time I have needed their help
Chris P*** showed up since it is over degrees in March!
And my main A/C unit was not working
He showed up exactly on time Was friendly, professional, but fun to talk to also
He went up in the attic, came back downSaid it was only a loose wire
No charge since I am an existing customer and he cleaned up and left with a wave!
What is better than this!?
Since I personally do not know, I am just going to ONLY use Patrick Riley!

I find Patrick Riley to be a very realiable company with outstanding employees They take clients time into consideration by calling to set up appointments and then calling to confirm the time they will be there for the service I would certainly recommend them

On 6/21/my daughter *** called me to tell me that our a/c unit wasn’t working properly - that it was blowing hot air instead of cold I told her to contact Patrick Riley as we had a purchased contract with them *** is an adult child of mine that lives with me So she did and she was told we did have a contract with Patrick Riley and that it was due to expire in about two weeks so they would be out (Our contract was for a heating checkup in the winter which they contacted us about and it was fulfilled At the time the guy was there checking the heating, I asked if he was going to check the a/c also The tech said no, we would be contacted in April or May for that We never were, perhaps had we been we could have fixed this problem before it got so bad the a/c quit working and would not have cost me so much It was part of the contract I previously bought.) The service technician was responding to a request for an advertised FREE A/C tune-upHe was very personable, respectful of me and my home, and apparently did a very good job of inspecting and cleaning the appropriate parts of the system He recommended a new condenser fan motor due to a likely failing bearing, a surge protector, and a "compressor saver" All of the quoted prices seemed very high, and totaled nearly $2, Perhaps these are standard prices in the industry, but they seem inflated to me
To be clear, dealing with the technician was VERY pleasant and the total charge for the service call was indeed ZERO
