I stayed at this hotel and found the room to be disgusting. I would like a refund. I stayed at the Quality Inn in [redacted] on [redacted] I have to say that I was very dissatisfied with my stay. The room was in terrible condition. There were stains and holes all over the walls. The bed linens were dirty, the curtains were stained, the carpet was stained, even the shower curtain was stained. My room had a whirlpool tub in it, and the cold water knob was broken off and couldn't be used. Only two of the jets worked, and the tub already had water in it when I came into the room so I had to drain it and wipe it down. I complained to the front desk, who told me the manager would contact me the next day. I would have left the hotel but the only other hotel in town was sold out for the night. I never got a call back from anybody. I have called a few times since and keep getting told that the manager is not available and to call back later. I already filed another Revdex.com complaint, # XXXXXX. In that complaint, the hotel agreed to a refund. The hotel NEVER issued that refund. DESIRED RESOLUTION::I would like a refund of [redacted] which is the whole amount I was billed for this one night stay in this disgusting hotel. The hotel already agreed to this in my previous complaint.

Hotel ignored my prepaid [redacted] booking when I arrived and charged me again for the same (already paid for) night. The front desk clerk when I arrived seemed either incredibly agitated or inexperienced, and took about a half hour to check me in. It was a one night stay on Saturday night, October 11th (I checked out next morning on the 12th).I kept telling him I already booked through [redacted] He said "oh okay, but we still need your credit card info just in case". I asked several times clearly "you're not going to charge me again are you?". He said "No." So, I gave him my card info.Sure enough, the next day when I am checking out I notice a new charge of $102.76 pending on my card from Quality Inn Pittsfield. I ask as I check out, this is going to be reversed right, because I already paid for this night?". Clerk said "oh yes yes".Sure enough, a few days later, the $102.76 finalizes and is now posted to my credit card account. I called the merchant but was not satisfied that he was going to take any action and I am growing impatient. I shouldn't have to fight for this to begin with, and every day it sits on my credit it collects interest. The hotel employees lied to my face while I was there.Here is a receipt of my original booking through hotels.com from my inbox showing the charges and date and the fact I already paid for this [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Hotel nightOrder_Number: [redacted] ConfirmatDesired SettlementReverse the $102.76 charge that posted to my credit card on October 14th. I ALREADY PAID FOR THIS NIGHT THROUGH [redacted] BACK IN SEPTEMBER.

Inn would not honor valid coupon advertised in travel magazine. 6/27/13, called Quality Inn to see about availability. She asked if we wanted to make reservations which we did.Arrived 15 min. later, presented coupon and she said bill already made out and couldn't honor as for walk-ins only which was not stated on the coupon. Coupon said based on availability and at check-in. She was extremely rude and made the statement "don't you read your coupons?" The next morning, an employee informed me that the hotel finds reasons not to honor these coupons. I wonder how many other people have had this problem?Desired SettlementA difference between the advertised coupon ($65.00) and the price charged ($79.00) is $14.00 plus tax. This is what we expect from the Inn. Business' Initial Response Hello Sir, About coupon policy run by occupancy and own hotel policy. That day was 83% occupancy that"s why we can not except coupon. Coupon only in full double room , He have 2 Queens size bed room-- Thanks Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)not advertised on coupon,Judging from the cars in parking lot the hotel was not half full.The [redacted] was rude and disrespectful.There response was not honest
