I purchased an ALkit from this online retailer several months agoThere was a confusing shipping encounter that was resolved, but I wasn't feeling great about them anymoreMonths down the line my ALhas stopped operating the way it should, and this company has not been helpful at all when it comes to deploying the warrantyI understand that they are not the manufacturer, but the manufacturer has not offered any resolutionIf you walk into a shop with a problem, they will do their best to help you resolve the issue, even if it's not something they can explicitly fix for youI would expect a fraction of the same from an online retailer, or at least some kind of friendly assistance and suggestion of how to move forward or fix the problemThey are poor at communicating, display signs of unprofessionalism through their replies (poor grammar and spelling) and it's worth noting that I was never notified via email or anything else when the support tickets I submitted were answered and immediately moved to 'closed'I will not be purchasing from their site again, because I know there are dozens of better online retailers out there

This customer was advised by our Customer Service Department that he could refuse the order to have the package returned to senderIn addition he was emailed a return shipping label so he would not have to incur shipping costs if the package has been openedWhen ordering on our
website, we clearly state before submitting the order:
"CHECK OUT ALERT: Order Processing begins shortly after you complete your purchaseTherefore, we will not be able to edit your order after it is placed, so please carefully review prior to submittingAgain, please carefully review your order details and ensure you have selected the appropriate shipping option prior to placing order."
We have apologized for the inconvenience and have advised this customer that we will refund the purchase when the unwanted item is shipped and shows updated tracking history back to us

I could't even manage to get through the checkout because it "couldn't confirm my age" most other sites of this kind ask for some proof of identity like a picture of your drivers licence with some random word in the frame to guarantee its authenticity instead of doing that it refused to complete my order even when I was willing to spend double the price for the simplicity of using their siteI normally use elementvape instead only resorting to this site because they didnt have the product I needed in stock clearly choosing a site so unprofessional it would refuse legal aged adults throwing their money at them is a mistake
