Sadly won't be ordering from this company againI've ordered from this company a few different times and never had an issue up until my last orderI had ordered of the Eleaf Pico Dual kits on 9/28/17, and received my order confirmationYesterday I still hadn't received any type of shipping confirmation so I put in a ticket in which I did not receive a response to thatI then called customer service today, and the rep had informed me that there is "some california law that requires them to verify orders by phone", and that's fine, except for I did not receive any callThe rep informed me an automated call was made and no one answered, but that still doesn't change that no call had been received on my phoneThey apparently issued a refund (which I haven't received), but that doesn't satisfy the fact that I placed the order, and it was cancelled without any response to me via email, phone, or to the ticket I submittedI now can not place the order because the item is no longer on sale and is out of stock

***By way of an explanation rather than an excuse, there are a number of factors that can result in perceived shipping delaysThis order was placed after our shipping cutoff time on a Friday evening, and was shipped out on the following dayIt also arrived at our local USPS sorting facility on this same dayAt this point her package was in her carrier of choices hands, as we clearly state during the checkout process Typically we will ask a customer to allow at least seven business days for a package to arrive, as this is the amount of time the USPS requests before inquiring about packages sent via the method chosen in this case***
In the time since her order was placed, we now post information during checkout if certain items are in an order that may cause delays, and only allow the choice of carriers that we have had positive experiences withWe have also changed our package labeling to help reduce shipping delaysThere are however circumstances that are out of our control once a package has been received by the shipping carrier We do apologize that this customer received the wrong impression of the message we were attempting to provide about the delay in shipping transit timesWe are also happy to see that her order was delivered on February 24th

I purchased an ALkit from this online retailer several months agoThere was a confusing shipping encounter that was resolved, but I wasn't feeling great about them anymoreMonths down the line my ALhas stopped operating the way it should, and this company has not been helpful at all when it comes to deploying the warrantyI understand that they are not the manufacturer, but the manufacturer has not offered any resolutionIf you walk into a shop with a problem, they will do their best to help you resolve the issue, even if it's not something they can explicitly fix for youI would expect a fraction of the same from an online retailer, or at least some kind of friendly assistance and suggestion of how to move forward or fix the problemThey are poor at communicating, display signs of unprofessionalism through their replies (poor grammar and spelling) and it's worth noting that I was never notified via email or anything else when the support tickets I submitted were answered and immediately moved to 'closed'I will not be purchasing from their site again, because I know there are dozens of better online retailers out there

VaporBeast is the most USELESS websiteIt freezes every seconds, but aside from this, it would not let me place an orderI understand that tobacco products require age verification (I'm 23), but every other site I've used has asked me to email a picture of my licenseThis one asked for the last digits of my social securityThat's shady, but against my better judgement I put them in anywayI was then told "we cannot verify your agecall this phone number"No, I am not willing to jump through hoops to place an order when I can get the same items on a different site for less hassle and probably less moneyAlso, how would a phone call confirm my age? I could't even manage to get through the checkout because it "couldn't confirm my age" most other sites of this kind ask for some proof of identity like a picture of your drivers licence with some random word in the frame to guarantee its authenticity instead of doing that it refused to complete my order even when I was willing to spend double the price for the simplicity of using their siteI normally use elementvape instead only resorting to this site because they didnt have the product I needed in stock clearly choosing a site so unprofessional it would refuse legal aged adults throwing their money at them is a mistake

Horrible customer servicedays after my order was confirmed I received an email stating a concern about shipping to an APO military addressI replied by informing them I had had zero issues receiving to my address and that it was not an APO but an FPOI asked them to cancel my order and refund my money as I didn't have confidence in their shipping services any furtherWithin 1hour of that reply I received a shipping confirmation numberI replied to the email once more asking why my package was still shipped when I clearly asked for a refund prior to them shipping based on aLack ofConfidence in their ability to get my package mailed off properly and received zero responseI will never be doing business with them again and urge anyone who has any special shipping considerations to reconsider going with another company

This order was placed on February 7th after our shipping cutoff time and shipped on February 8th. The United States Postal Service has been routing orders with battery warning label stickers to surface transportation causing delays in shipping times. On February...

20th, this order arrived to the customers’ local USPS office and was delivered. We have been working with the United States Postal Service to understand why these delays are happening.  We at VaporBeast.com apologize for the shipping delay by the USPS. We fulfilled our shipping obligation and fully understand this customers frustrations.

I would just like to note that it took 21 days for delivery, and by the time of my second call that more than 7 business days had passed, so it's not as though I was calling for no reason, and that I was just being a pain. The initial phone call that was made prior to 7 buisness days, was maybe early, but warranted as my package sat in that facility for more that 2 wks without moving. I also don't feel it should be the customers responsibility to call usps when there is an issue. I paid you for a service/product and you should provide the support is there is an issue. I can't imagine that in my line of business, that I could get away wit basically saying" well I shipped it, so not my problem".
 I appreciate the measures being taken by the business to try to prevent this from happening again in the future. The item came in good condition and has been function well so far, so at least that's a plus.

I have resolved this matter already.  In contacted someone to let them know vaporbeast took care of it.
