I placed an order from them on the 19th and payed extra for two day shippingIt's now days later and my order hasn't even shipped yetI reached out to their customer service department days ago and they said they were looking into the matter but I haven't heard from them sinceI have to say I am very disappointed with my experience with this company and I will not be ordering from them again

their website does not refresh when you add something to your cartso when I checked out they charged me times the amount that I was buyingas soon as I got the package I called to return the products we don't need and they said that there will be a 15% restocking feeHELLO you could have given me a break because your website is not working properlyI have a couple of shops and I buy a lot of suppliesand you just lost a client

I placed an order with vaporbeast on 3/for which I still have not received Today, 4/The website offers a free shipping option if you spend enough money; however, they do not adequately disclose that if your order contains batteries then the free shipping option may be delayed up to weeks (which is the average time frame I was given by several customer service reps given this scenario.) At checkout, the website indicates that orders containing batteries cannot be shipped usps expedited delivery and that another option must be selected but they do not tell you that this is the same delivery method that is used when selecting free shipping, nor do they prevent you from selecting this option if your order contains batteries which then leads to extreme delaysAfter speaking with a number of customer service reps, who all referred me to this ambiguous disclosure on their website, I got in contact with a supervisor who acknowledged this was an issueHe offered to reship my order for

Over a week ago I attempted to purchase a Smok ALand batteries from VaprBeast When I submitted the order, it indicated there was an error so I assumed the transaction wasn't completed I waited and never received any type of confirmation email or order number I was going to try again but then the website claimed the product I just attempted to order was out of stock With no indication that the first order was completed, I went to another online vape store (VaporDNA) and was able to make my purchase, which was successfully delivered Starting on 07/23/17, I received an email every day until July 26th from VaporBeast telling me my order was not complete and that they had saved the items in my cart This confirmed that my original order was never processed and they still wanted my business by asking me to complete the order On 07/31/17, I received a package from VaporBeast containing that order I received no confirmation email or any notification that the original order was completed and being sent to me I was no longer in need of the items because I had already received them from my purchase with the other business I contacted VaporBeast and explained the problem to customer service rep Shaina She informed me that the order was confirmed on 07/I could not understand how this was possible based on the multiple request to complete the order emails sent to me that I never responded to and never receiving confirmation of an actual purchase with an order number & shipping confirmation I told Shaina that her company still sent me an email wanting me to complete the order on 07/!!!!! A day after this order was allegedly finalized!
I forwarded copies of all the emails I received from them to customer service VaporBeast is accepting the return but refuses to pay for the return shipping I went straight to the post office and sent it back, which cost me $ I think this is absurd to make me pay return shipping on something that was obviously shipped in error
This was my first time dealing with this company and I can't trust the reliability of their website to try to make another purchaseIt's a shame that they're willing to lose a potential long term customer over shipping charges

*** *** I just placed a order with vapor beast for the first t time on 9/they had what I wanted at 1/the price every one else wanted and after I placed the order they were nice enough to call me and thank me and ask if I ever need help to feel free to call them no one online I talked to me like that they were very short & rude so I give them a+

I placed an order with ***.com, in the amount of $on 01/14/6:47:PM ESI got the shipping info via email Jan 16, Based on the tracking number the package was going to be delivered via *** on around Saturday January 21, I happen to be around at the shipping address which happens to be my parents residenceI could not track the package since it was handed over to *** and no other tracking number was providedUsually in instances of Smartpost a *** tracking number is provided where after the package is handed to *** from the other carrier you can track the packageI left for DC on Sunday evening since I am employed there and I had no packageI ended up purchasing my Vape supplies from a local storeOn Monday when the package still didnt show up I called customer service at pm and asked them what could be doneI was told by two different reps that I needed to file a police report in order to get a refund back to my account or to get the merchan

Sadly won't be ordering from this company againI've ordered from this company a few different times and never had an issue up until my last orderI had ordered of the Eleaf Pico Dual kits on 9/28/17, and received my order confirmationYesterday I still hadn't received any type of shipping confirmation so I put in a ticket in which I did not receive a response to thatI then called customer service today, and the rep had informed me that there is "some california law that requires them to verify orders by phone", and that's fine, except for I did not receive any callThe rep informed me an automated call was made and no one answered, but that still doesn't change that no call had been received on my phoneThey apparently issued a refund (which I haven't received), but that doesn't satisfy the fact that I placed the order, and it was cancelled without any response to me via email, phone, or to the ticket I submittedI now can not place the order because the item is no longer on sale and is out of stock

I ordered three items from vaporbeastThe item listed on their site was TFVbaby prince replacement glassWhat they sent was tfvbaby tank glass replacement which looks similar but is a smaller sizeI contacted Ashley who answered my call from the number listed for their business who had me send pictures showing proof via emailShe said she could clearly see what the issue was about the size differences and told me they would fix the problem asapThen they emailed me stating that I got what I ordered and they won't be able to help meOn my packing list it states that I ordered Smok TFVBaby Prince Replacement Glass Pack The items that were sent to me ALL have labels that say TFVBaby Tank (Standard Edition Only) Brit Mini Flavor TankThey are clearly the wrong item and it can be seen in the pictures I sent to them showing the products next to the packing list

I ordered two tips from vapor beast, a blue/purple one and a blue/red one, the purple one came out fine, but my red one wasn’t red at all, the blue color was way off, when I tried to Call and ask what I could do, it said they were busier than and I would get a call backI did, days laterThen the problem was “resolved”, after telling me they were just going to send me a new tip, I receive store credit for the amount of the tip, which I still had to pay $8(more than the tip itself) to ship it to meVery displeased and will never use this site again
