In the last two days I left a voice mail for the member and also sent her an email asking her to contact Corporate Affairs for a resolution. Our apologies go out to the member as the account should have been refunded at the time of cancellation. It has been refunded now and the member will see the...

$40.90 back on her credit card in 3 to 5 business days from today November [redacted]. That amount had the account paid up to December [redacted]. As a courtesy, we have left the account open and it will automatically cancel on that date. I left [redacted] a voicemail today following up as promised, letting her know I received confirmation from Finance yesterday afternoon that the remainder of her refunds (2 x $49.95=$89.90) has been processed and she will see that on her credit card in three to five business days.I am also sending [redacted] a care package as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. We received the member's response in regards to a "points" reward system. Weight Watchers International does not offer this program. However, the member is located in a locally owned (franchise) area where apparently a program was setup. The member's magazine subscription has been cancelled and due to a "rewards" program, no compensation is being offered by Weight Watchers International. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  The resolution was more generous than I expected, and I appreciate Weight Watchers going the extra mile to try to make the situation right.  My membership cancellation still stands, but it does restore some of my faith in their company and I may return at some point in the future once their new program rollout is established and the technology end is more stable, but probably not for at least a year.  I appreciate the help of the Revdex.com in addressing this matter as I was unable to get feedback on my own from the company.

In accordance with the subscription agreement, the individual subscriber is responsible for the terms of their subscription including the price plan under which they are billed and...
