they have already reversed on their own. I was happy to notice that on 10/**/16 you were able to sign up. As a courtesy I added 30 days time credit to your account. So your Monthly Pass is now good up to 2/*/17 and your next bill date will be 1/**/17. I will also mail you some vouchers so you can treat yourself to some products in the meeting room. In reference to complaint ID [redacted]:  I called my bank and discovered there is a credit of 39.90 which in addition to the manual check I received in the amount of 19.95 equals the 60 bucks I was promised.[redacted] is still guilty of deceptive practices, via the cancellation button on their web site which does absolutely nothing to cancel any given membership, but I will make that a separate complaint.I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

This is MY THIRD COMPLAINT filing with the Revdex.com with reference to Weight Watchers and their email advertising. I signed up years ago with their program at the Baldwin, NY location. Soon after I discontinued my membership (chose not to renew) and I still received the email communications. I asked personnel at the Baldwin location if my email address could be removed and I was told that was done by corporate. Every time I go online to the Weight Watchers website (through the email received) to unsubscribe, it never does complete the process. I tried calling to have my email removed and the Weight Watchers personnel would not remove it unless I gave them a ton of personal information. With each Revdex.com complaint filing the Weight Watchers reply was that the emails will stop soon. Well, I waited over a month and they are still coming!! I want action taken now! This is harassment in the form of email media! I have all the emails received in my spam inbox for verification. I believe I should be entitled to some type of compensation! How hard is it to remove one email when given as much time as Weight Watchers has had?

The company owes a refund on 8 months, not 5!  That total would be $369.60.  That is a difference of $134.85!They have already received the money and are unwilling to make any arrangements to make up the extra 3months.  I suggested in my letter that instead of another credit at this time, if they could let me stay a member and just credit 3months in the future? Then it would be cleared up and everyone would remain happy.WW not only never even responded to this request, but went ahead and closed my account out without my permission.  So now I am no longer a member and they still want to keep my mone?  That is wrong....and That is illegal! i will not be happy or will not drop this if they do not work with me to resolve the WHOLE PROBLEM!  They opened 2 accounts on the same day for me in Nov 2015.  It was either an error by an employee or a computer glitch.  Neither are my fault...I will keep complaining to Revdex.com, Consumer Affairs, Oprah or anyone else that will listen.  I am a school aide.  I do not get paid in the summer.  I have a student going to college next month. We have expenses that over $100 need to go too at this point.  All that I am asking if the account be resolved and I receive a full credit for the additional account that THEY set up for me!  I truly do not believe that I am asking for anything that others would not ask for either. Sincerely,[redacted]

was very helpful, considerate, and understanding.  After speaking with me and reviewing the notes in her system, she was able to solve my issues immediately for myself and my husband.  I did receive the refunds and was credited for the promotion that ran back in March.  Laura was a wonderful customer service representative.
