(his/ her) subscription would automatically renew unless (he /she) cancelled. On step one of the sign-up process, (he/she) entered (his / her) information on the payment plan and health profile page. On the very samepage, there is a paragraph located directly under the payment plan options that explains your account will be renewed automatically until this is cancelled.Click this link below will take one to this page:[redacted]On Step three of the sign-up process, we invite the new member to read and accept the subscription agreement. The message reads, “Bychecking this box, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by our Subscription Agreement”. The Subscription Agreement, which (he /she) agreed to before gaining access to the subscriber tools, clearly sets forth our automatic renewal policy.By clicking on the link below, you may refer to our subscription agreement for additional inquiries you may have regarding our automatic billing policy.[redacted]In addition, when (his / her) subscription was processed successfully, she was brought to a welcome page. Customers are asked to print this page so that they can keep a copy for their records. It is their online receipt. The individual subscriber is responsible for the terms of their subscription including the price plan under which they are billed and for cancelling their account before it is automatically re-billed. We evaluate eligibility for refunds on the basis if when the e-mail, fax, or letter requesting cancellation was sent. At this time, we are not seeing where contact was made to our company. Due to these terms, the customer is not eligible for a refund. However because customer service is important to us, we have issued a full refund of $89.90 for the two months she was charged of March and April, to reflect from today’s cancellation date of 5/*/15. We will need the daughter's information in order to have a similar review.  [redacted]

My mother is no longer interested in Weight Watchers because of the extremely poor way she saw them run their business. Weight Watchers did not care until we fled a complaint with the Revdex.com, I showed my mother all the correspondences and she cannot believe how insincere they appear. It is so sad to see my mother of 86 years so dejected with any business, very sad.

The Weight Watchers representative, Nikki, told me that I will receive a $100 prepaid card, but  it will take 8 to 12 weeks for me to receive it. I asked for the reason that it was initially rejected and was told that someone in their department inappropriately determined that I was not eligible. There was no explanation as to why I have to wait up to 12 more weeks before I can expect to receive this. I have already waited 9 weeks so far and now an additional 8 to 12 weeks wait seems unreasonable with no remorse for the irresponsibility of the way this deal was handled. I appreciated the assistance from the Revdex.com. I am willing to wait up to 12 weeks.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I find it very insulting that weight watchers has not only sent the exact same response, which demonstrates this company's stance on customer service, but additionally, the representative has chosen to insult me by calling into question my reading abilities.As I stated before, The website does not describe that one can not weigh in. Nor does it describe that you would have to be a meetings member to be a lifetime member. Nor does it explain that you would have to be a meetings member to get "swag" or weight loss momentums. Weight Watchers has been misleading in its representation of what each program offers and it is not fair, nor could any of these things be deduced by the website. Furthermore, I called in and spoke with several online support services and garnered different responses. Thus, if it were as clear as WW's says it is, it would be clear to employees and explicitly stated on the website; it is not. There is no place on the website which black-letters any of these things and it is misleading to consumers; not because of consumer's lack of ability to read, but rather WW's inability to create a transparent website which letters to consumers exactly what they can and can not expect in each package.
