We received the member's request for a "promo" Starter Kit. The guidelines for each member who signed up within the promotion was required to provide their Subscription Pass at the meeting in order to receive at their meeting. We're sorry if there was some miscommunication. We're sending the...

We received communication from the member to cancel account on 9/**/15 via phone. Customer Service Representatives do not have the ability to email confirmation numbers but if a member request, the Representative is required to submit to Supervisor to be sent to member. [Your Answer Here]It is not worth the effort to try and get an apology.   Just let it stand as is.  They are wrong relative to the time of cancellation.  But the credit card company has already taken care of refunding that charge.  I doubt that we will ever have anything to do with Weight Watchers again.

hersubscription would automatically renew unless she cancelled. On step one of the sign-up process, she entered her information on the payment plan and health profile page. On the very same page, there is a paragraph located directly under the payment plan options that explains your account will be renewed automatically until this is cancelled. Click this link below will take one to this page:[redacted]On Step three of the sign-up process, we invite the new member to read and accept the subscription agreement. The message reads, “By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by our Subscription Agreement”. The Subscription Agreement, which she agreedto before gaining access to the subscriber tools, clearly sets forth our automatic renewal policy.By clicking on the link below, you may refer to our subscription agreement for additional inquiries you may have regarding our automatic billing policy. [redacted]In addition, when her subscription was processed successfully, she was brought to a welcome page. Customers are asked to print this page so that they can keep a copy for their records. It is their online receipt. The individual subscriber is responsible for the terms of their subscription including the price plan under which they are billed and forcancelling their account before it is automatically re-billed.We evaluate eligibility for refunds on the basis if when the e-mail, fax, or letter requesting cancellation was sent. Due to these terms,the customer is not eligible for a refund. However because customer service is important to us, we have issued a full refund of $ 19.95 which usually takes to reflect from today’s date of 5/*/15. Please note this time frame is when it is delivered to her [redacted] account; we cannot speak how long it will take them to report the money to her own accounts. [redacted]

Revdex.com:I reviewed my credit account today.  WW FINALLY submitted the correct number of credit refunds as of July **, 2016.  All I wanted was to be credited for the total amount that I was charged on an extra account that they set me up with. It's sad that it took 2+ weeks for the company to finally do the right thing and that I needed to get the Revdex.com, Consumer Affairs, contact WW President and my team leader to get involved for this to be made right.  I will accept all the credits and move on from there.  Thank you to the Revdex.com for all your help.  I truly appreciate it.

I am well aware that I am being refunded $44.95. This is not in question and is not what I am requesting. Additionally  I should be refunded $22.42 for the two weeks prior because I reached my goal weight.

Thank you for contacting Weight Watchers Corporate Affairs. We received the member's request for a refund. We've made several attempts to contact member to apply a six month refund for $119.70. The member's credit/debit card on file has a 9/2015 expiration date. This prohibits the refund going through. Since the member has not returned our calls, we'll issue a manual refund check which takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks for the member to receive.Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. I called the member and first of all apologized for the rudeness and incorrect information from the representative he spoke with. I asked for and he provided the phone number he called from and the day and approximate time so we can have that call pulled to handle that situation internally.I...

explained we are more than happy to give him some free time, however, because of the way the system is set up, we need him to sign up first, paying the initial fee and then we can credit that fee back and add some time credit, essentially giving him two months free. He agreed to this but cannot do the sign up today so will contact me in Corporate Affairs when he is ready.We had a difficult time getting the sign up link to show up properly for him so when he is ready to sign up if it is still doing that, I offered to sign him up from here and he is ok with that.I will be waiting for him to call when he is ready to sign up.
