I called today to discuss my options to have a payment plan set up as we took full responsibility that my son was in a accident and was not insured at the time. however , the representative I spoke to was rude and demanded a 2000.00 down payment which I explained my son is unable to pay he can however, make payments monthly but the rep refused to work with me and threaten to have his license suspended and rudely hang up the phone in my face.

This incident was the 2nd time within a year this has happenedI feel that after the first time this mistake was made, my phone number and any other info they might have gathered on me at that time should have been removed
This should not have been repeated; therefore I'm not 100% willing to simply trust their word in this matter

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/09) */

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
This was a clear case of
fraudulent business practice.By using threatening tactics they caused undue stress and expense for a innocent partyAs soon as I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com they suddenly were no longer interested in pursuing a claimIn reviewing the online reviews of this business and the Revdex.com complaints already filed, they apparently are allowed to continue to practice even though they clearly should be shut downI suggest the Attorney General for the state of Illinois should investigate this company

+1

I am rejecting this response because:
Not truthful. I suggest listening to the "recording" of our conversation--as they always state the call is recorded. You will clearly hear her threat of judgement if I did not pay RIGHT THEN AND THERE--which, again, was days EARLIER than I could pay (paycheck is deposited at the end of the month). I have not had a chance to call and because I knew I had a very busy schedule, I mailed my payment on Monday (10/2) night. On Tuesday, 10/3, I had a call from Wilber, however because I was on a conference call I could not answer and was planning on calling back after my call. However, Ms*** then again, kicks up to another level of harassment and CALLS MY YEAR OLD PARENTS INSTEAD OF LEAVING A MESSAGE!!! Let me get this straight. I have NOT lived with my parents in almost years, nor do they keep tabs of my constant whereabouts. Ms*** knows EXACTLY what phone number to call me on, as I SPOKE WITH HER LAST WEEK! She needs to get a grip and STOP harassing people who have no clue where I am. She simply is out of control with harassmentCompletely unprofessional. I demand ONLY my phone number be used. I have no idea where she even got my parents phone number. And seeing as she talked with me last week, there simply was no reason for it. I have requested ONLY email at this point because this woman is completely ridiculous, unreasonable and harassing. Again, I have mailed a $payment--which, by the way is MORE than what I get paid at the end of the month, so if she wants to place a judgement, she will end up getting 20% of 200$ a month which is less. She can explain THAT to her client then

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/08/12) */
Ms*** called our office today and voluntarily paid her total claim balance of $

It wasn't effort from Wilber & Associates that resolved my issueIt was my daily calls that resolved my issueI did talk to *** and I told him how terrible their lack of response was, how I have tried every avenue to get a hold of them, and he immediately chastised me for harassing him and he didn't know what I mean by terribleI explained calling times, emailing, facebook, website contact and no response is terribleHe was beyond rudeHe is very young and immatureI asked to be transferred to someone else twice, he refused and threatened to hang up on meI finally said good bye and hung up on him since he refused to transfer me and severely lacked in professionalismI did call back and talked to ***I asked why this went to collections, why didn't Budget send me a billShe was polite and said your insurance company paid all but $and Budget does not pursue additional monies, they instead send to Wilber & Associates to collectIt shouldn't EVER be this hard to pay a bill

Our office handled this claim for *** *** *** Insurance CompanyMs*** was the at fault driver in an automobile accident that occurred 12/24/in Springfield, ILThe State of Illinois suspended her drivers license 12/5/for her failure to maintain Financial Responsibility InsuranceMs
*** called our office to make arrangements to pay for the damages and regain her drivers license in December Ms*** stalled in paying for the damages until March She did set several arrangements previously and broke them. Our office gave her a settlement with a discount of and she did pay 3/1/Her release was sent to her 3/10/to allow time for her check to clear her bankAny delay to regain her drivers license was due to Ms*** inactivityHer drivers license was suspended by the State of Illinois for over a year before she took action to regain them

I am rejecting this response because:
I spoke with my insurance companyThere has never been an injury claim against me, no medical bills submitted, no police report, and no tickets against me stating I was ever at fault for any injuriesThis a fraudulent company targeting young people with reports from years agoYou are trying to scare people into paying fake claimsI demand to be removed from all solicitation, and continued harassment from this companyThis is fraud

I am rejecting this response because:
I'm not surprised you're "unable to locate a claim" as the calls most likely aren't even for me as I have no legal claims filed against me, nor does my motherWe get calls on our
landline (***) constantlyIf you think calling someone repeatedly and not saying why you're calling or not leaving a message is a good way to run a "law firm" and get in touch with people, it's notWhat you should do is send something by mail to the person you need to speak withSince you have no problem disturbing us with constant calls, you should have no problem, instead, taking the time to send something in writing to us or whomever you're are trying to reach
