Unfortunately, this response is untruthful.
I spoke with two representatives from the "client" USAA. One on 10/31 and another on 11/1. I had not been removed from the claim with USAA. When USAA spoke with a representative from Wilber & Associates on 10/31, that representative stated that Wilber & Associates had removed me from their files on 10/28. That seems unlikely as the letter I received from Wilber was dated 10/24, and I didn't receive it until 10/30.
I have read many other complaints about Wilber & Associates and it's their modus operandi to back-date a withdrawal of their claims to attempt to invalidate any complaints, and thus cover themselves against lawsuit.

I apologize. I was under the impression that this was a scam letter sent to me like I have received in the past. I will be contacting this company ASAP to resolve the alleged claim. I have no complaint against this company as it is a legit issue. My sincere apology for the misunderstanding.

A manager on out office has approved a 100.00 a month payment plan. However, our office will not issue and installment agreement due to the small payment arrangement on such a large balance.For clarification on this claim. Mr. [redacted] was driving while uninsured and caused considerable damage to our client's insured's vehicle. Any action against Mr. [redacted]'s driving license is entirely up to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
