If you are the owner of your vehciel it is your duty to mitigate your damages, to keep your damages from getting any worse that they already are. if your vehicle is accruing storage fees it is your duty to remove it.

I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to hear from the claims adjuster or her supervisor. I have left several messages and sent an email with no reply. I am wanting to have this matter resolved ASAP as I need my vehicle repaired. Their insured has already admitted fault and I am just sitting and waiting for a response. Their insured states he has not heard from the adjuster and is having a hard time getting a call back as well.

I am rejecting this response because I have a few more questions:I received a fax from C[redacted] today including the estimate of record (please find enclosed the attached PDF file), does it mean that I can bring my car to my garage (guts auto exchange) to proceed for repairs and that all costs resulting from the accident will be covered by Alliance United Insurance Company?  Will the garage address the bill directly to Alliance United Insurance Company? I do not want to be involved in the payment.In order to commute to my workplace everyday, will Alliance United Insurance Company provide me with a car (car rental) during the repairs of my own car?Before making my decision, all those questions have to be cleared. Thank you for your help.

I am rejecting this response because:First, let's talk about my "failure to cooperate":1, For the saying of "refusal to provide your driver information". I already stated in the last message in bullet point #4. And if you want more details, here it is: I was asked where the driver was at the moment. I said he was not with us at that moment, and would call back if I could reach him. And the right second day I called back, left a message and also wrote email to adjuster, as follows: "Hello,
I have Mr Jianqiu Chen here with me, ready to speak with you. Please call me back by today. He has been working in an area that has bad cellular signal. That is why it was so hard to reach him these days. 
So please give me call asap. ###-###-####"    If you think that being not cooperative, I don't understand what is your standard.2, For the saying of "don't know where the car is". On 2/22 I forwarded the primary adjuster L[redacted] Barnett the email I received from J[redacted], the total loss adjuster, who told me the car was not picked up. The full email I sent to L[redacted] was as follows: "Ms J[redacted] from Alliance contacted me regarding this claim, saying my car was picked up by myself, and asked me for the car location. I have no idea what is going on here. I was told the vehicle was totaled and to pick up all my belongings. So I did, and left the car at the body shop. I have no idea who handled that car after that. Did Alliance or AAA towed that car? Please advise. Below is what I have received from J[redacted]...(the email from J[redacted])"    As you could read from above, I stated very clear "I left the car at the body shop" and did not know who handled the car after that. I was telling everything I knew at that moment.    The second day (2/23) when the adjuster replied me the email asking the address of body shop that I left the car, I replied and provided it to her the same day. You don't call that "failure to cooperate".From above you can see if I could not provide the information the same day, I would call / write back the second day. And with all of the requests from the adjuster been replied within 2 days, I cannot see a reason you could call any of my actions "failure to cooperate".Secondly, if you are still not clear about the story, let me show you once again:On 1/21 the car was inspected and I was told it was totaled, and I was also instructed by the inspector to leave the car at body shop. I did following the instruction.On 2/17 J[redacted] the total loss adjuster sent me email saying "the vehicle is not picked up". On 2/22 I forwarded the email to the primary adjuster L[redacted] to bring up her attention. On 2/23 I received her email, as follows: "The first report showed your vehicle at Hadley Towing?  Then we were told you had the vehicle picked up.  Where did you take your vehicle to after Hadleys?  What body shop did you take your vehicle to?"So, on 1/21 the car was inspected at the bodyshop. And the inspection report I received from Alliance also has the location and the address of it. But on 2/23 L[redacted] thought it was at tow company and thought I had picked up the car. It is very clear to me that the company or L[redacted] herself must have made some mistake to make her think the car was at tow company, so she did not have the car picked up, and thus caused the storage fees.That is why I believe the fault of causing the storage fee is not on me.

this response because:I spoke to your insured party multiple times over the last week and they have cited times and dates of calls they have made to get ahold of C[redacted], your claims representative.Please send all the times and dates that your representative has attempted to contact her insured party. This in know way changes our belief that your representative is incompetent and instead, we now know that she is not honest to her employer or to us.We are still seeking damages of rental car fees incurred during this period of lazyness from your representative.

I am rejecting this response because:the party of your insured admitted to the damages arising from his fault he left the scene with quoting that the damages would be covered from his insurance company that he had no problem with his car and has full coverage to cover my car he then left his information contained within my emails and I just want my  loss to not be carried out to be a delay in processing I have never been in an automobile accident ever and have no reason to seek out this without fault being placed to hardship my automobile is not even drivable and have not heard of your adjusters to schedule a oversee of damages of either vessels in time quoted it shoud be better informative contact to either parties involved to come to a settlement of occurred loss accident that is in regards just have in mind I have no problem escalating to litigation and legal privilege from this said matter if no reasonable actions are taken in timely manner of said investigation and overlook of the statements policy in said 30 day time length that alliance insurance united has said and I have recorded my telephonic statement conversation just as alliance united insurance has done as well as well for my own purposes and how the adjuster said she needed to secure statement from her insured and ended recording but after stated otherwise was in my favor but would be handle within 30 calendar days I'm sure the facts and photos and all should speak for itself and I will have no problem closing this message from Revdex.com out with completed complaint resolve and going to see that many  other reviews and or interest sites will receive a great accredited  review for benefical services from me and family others promptly for your help  very good business ethics of standards if I receive the applied standards of help as stated  on your insurance company site thanks.

I am rejecting this response because:Spoke with Ethan from body shop on 10/19/18 at 4:42pm, they haven't receive money yet, they still have my car on hold, and I still on rental car. It's almost 3 weeks since I drop my car in the body shop, and I have been told by the body shop waiting for paycheck of insurance company from 10/7/16. Body shop tried to contact with Felicia many times, no receive any answer yet. I need my car back as soon as possible.
