I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the person who contacted me and mailed in a form the company sent me to sign (they had never sent me this form before, during the several months this claim has been ongoing). I have yet to hear from my insurance company, State Farm, that Alliance United have paid them back the deductible, nor have I yet received my check for the cost of the car rental. Until both things are paid - the cost of my car rental and the deductible - I do no wish to close this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:  The response from Alliance includes all the information which is already known and was already provided in this complaint.  Alliance has again avoided the issue of the facts that its insured has stated that it does not want the claimant to receive settlement for the property damage and is purposely holding up the process.  Also, the fact that Alliance has stated it will allow the statute of limitations run for 3 years based on no response from an alleged property owner whom as of yet has not come forward or made a claim for any damages or provided an estimate of damages.  Again, Alliance and its insured has neglected to resolve this claim in a timely matter which they are willing to let continue going unresolved for 3 years.

Our records reveal that our insured A[redacted] did not purchase collision coverage for his 1999 Chevrolet under his policy MIL3[redacted]772.
No payment can be made for the repairs to his 1999 Chevrolet under his policy.
As you know the other party involved in this collision is also insured...

with Alliance United Insurance Company.
The claim number for the claimant’s policy is G2[redacted]45.
Our investigation concluded that no coverage existed between Alliance United Insurance Company and our insured for this particular accident.
(The vehicle involved was not covered under our insured’s policy)

I am rejecting this response because:  I called this in to Alliance United PRIOR to October 6.  This is the day the letter was sent to me, as well as another letter both received on October 8.  I was given the name of the insurance company by the Police Department prior to picking up a copy of the face sheet on October 6, which it is documented on the face sheet when  I picked it up.  In reading other complaints it appears I may have to go through my own insurance company to take care of the damages and medical as it appears others have had the same problems with investigations and questions of "admission of coverage under our insured's insurance policy" per the letter dated October 7, which also advises me "you may wish to consider proceeding through your own insurance company to repair you vehicle" and additionally nothing else will be paid.  "should coverage be found to be in order, you may not be compensated for expenses that could have been avoided through the use of reasonable measures".  In the letter dated the 6th it says I can be told how to proceed with being reimbursed for medical but then in an email says they won't pay.  This ordeal is very confusing and information misleading.

I am rejecting this response because:the insurance company has still not contacted me in regards to this claim. My parked car was hit by another driver. I was not involved in the accident, as I was not home when the incident occurred. I do not understand how my insurance company cannot reach out to the insurance company (of the driver at fault) to help me. When I call the police department to inquire about the report, the officers ask that my insurance be the ones to get it and that this situation needs to be handled between my insurance and the other insurance. The police officers also mentioned that if I were to get the police report from them, I would be charged a fee, a fee which would not be charged for my insurance company. I have been trying over and over again to reach out to anyone with whom I can speak to and have a conversation about this situation. Now, after three weeks without any response or contact from my insurance company, Alliance United responds to the Revdex.com that I do not have coverage? How is that possible?!  In their response, there are contact numbers listed for M[redacted] and her manager. I have made numerous calls to M[redacted]'s number since September 27th and left various voicemails, asking her to call me back in regards to claim as I have questions and need to know what the process will be for fixing my car. My most recent call to her at that number was this past Tuesday, October 11. Not one call has been returned! I have also left a voicemail on the manager's number, explaining that I have not been able to get ahold of the adjuster Mable and asked him if he could call me back to provide any information about what is occurring in the process. To this day, not a single call has been returned with any sort of information from either Mable or her manager. Additionally, I have sent an email through their website's portal, again asking for someone to contact me and provide any information about my claim. No one has called! The lack of customer service and response is absolutely appalling! How can I reach out to them with questions, if every call goes directly to voicemail and not one call is ever returned? I need them to contact me and explain why they refuse to help me, as my attempts to connect with them have failed over the last THREE weeks.

(c) Every policy of automobile liability insurance that provides uninsured motorist property damage coverage, as described in paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 11580.26, shall provide coverage for replacement of a child passenger restraint system that was in use by a child during an accident for which uninsured motorist property damage coverage under the policy is applicable due to the liability of an uninsured motorist. (d) Every policy that provides automobile collision coverage or automobile physical damage coverage, as described in Section 660, shall include a child passenger restraint system within the definition of covered property, if the child passenger restraint system was in use by a child during an accident. I am rejecting this response because: It's been close to 3 months with the claim under "investigation", it's unprofessional that I have to wait this long or longer for them to respond. During the month of February I kept calling the person in charge with my claim and he's on vacations, really UNPROFESSIONAL! I've contacted other Insurace and even the dealership where my truck is located and they have stated this is not the first case they have seen, and it should not take this long to resolve. This is what I call bad costumer service after being a loyal client to this company for 4 years plus.
